10th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)After a few disappointing experiences with some of the local letting agents, I wandered into this firms office on a chance, within 5 mins they had found me the exact house in the exact location I was looking for, within 10 mins I had an appointment for the next day, and within 3 weeks the referencing was complete, I had paid my deposit and rent, and was given the keys. These people are professional, friendly, eager to help and are good at what they do. An absolute pleasure to deal with them
30th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc

20th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)I spoke with Jay regarding the possible sale of my property, he was open and honest with regards to the market and potential sale price which I really appreciated. Later, I met with Jay then Caff, both were a credit to the business in terms of the right mix of professionalism and honesty. I felt that they both considered my needs first and foremost and I would definitely use them again in the future as it felt like a very personal service.
6th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Our son purchased a flat that was being marketed by Island Homes from their branch on Dock Head Road in Chatham and from the initial viewing with Molly and the subsequent re-visits with Harry to the overall conveyancing process with Shane who was our link with the seller's solicitor; the whole process was handled with an excellent degree of professionalism and efficiency; something that can't be said for our solicitor buts that another story!!! I would certainly recommend Island Homes for any sale or purchasing enquiries.

11th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Due to our house being sold as part of a Trust, we were given Evolution as our nominated Estate Agents. If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

3rd Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

He was always on top of things, chasing up solicitors and making sure everything ran smoothly. Brian was a pleasure to work with — friendly, professional and so helpful. Highly recommend The Homes Group!
6th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely wonderful, is not an understatement to describe the Hunters team especially Michelle, who wisked out her magic wand and became my fairy godmother, herding all the cats, (solicitors), in line and pushing the sale and purchase over the line. All of the Hunters team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, guiding us through the process, and despite all my silly questions, never loosing their cheery smiles and 'it will be ok we got this' attitude. I'd give them 7 stars if I could and definitely recommend them all, thank you so so much for all your help.

27th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)My experience with Paul from Ewe Move has been nothing short of exceptional. He sold my house within one week, what my other agent was unable to do in six months. Paul truly goes above and beyond. A breath of fresh air to find someone who is always there on the end of the phone to answer your queries and after sales is no different he is with you every step of the way till completion. Paul has the natural ability to take any negatives that may impact your sale and turn them into positives. To get this level of service which is at least three thousand less on average than other Estate Agents is win win for me. If you want to alleviate as much stress as possible and have a positive, quick sale, then believe me they really don’t get any better than Paul Rai!!, thank me later, Jo

Ria, Lewis, Demi and Angel went above and beyond to help us and communicated effectively supporting us through the whole process.
