18th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Difficult to be sure but we have the impression that the house was shown to viewers with, we guess, not much effort at selling. Feedback on viewings had to be extracted by phone call and was usually minimal. Lots of viewings but not a single offer!
13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I chose Hawkesford James, firstly because they are a small independent Estate Agents & secondly because of the warm welcome that met me as I walked through the door that first time. I never regretted my decision because Hawkesford James made me feel that the sale of my property was top priority, not just one of many sales. Throughout my dealings with the lovely staff I was always greeted with warmth coupled with efficiency. They went beyond the usual remit of finding me a buyer & I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend Hawkesford James.

From the very beginning, they were professional and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Selling and moving can be stressful, but the team made everything feel much more manageable. They kept us informed at every stage, provided honest advice, and were always available to answer our questions. She would always come back to us on the same day and be chasing updates for us when we didn’t ask. When we come to sell this property in the future we would not hesitate to use MMS<br><br>Thank you for all of your help Justine!

I continue to use them for all my rental property management and occasionally use the property sales arm - on the rare occasions I have a property to sell. I heartedly recommend them.
29th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Maps estate agent could not have been better, they have been amazing, constant communication, above and beyond doing more than they needed to so we had a great transition between sale and purchase, we had a slight complication within the chain due to another agent phoned maps nothings a problem they communicated with all involved and sorted everything out that day I’d never use any other agent I will be recommending to anyone I can, thanks again Johnny and team, you really took the stress out of moving
