Also, I asked them to advertise my property at a slightly lower price than they had advised. They are very knowledgeable, energetic and focused. Let's wait and see if the sale does indeed go to fruition.

We sold our house in Kent to relocate to West Sussex, a process which was quite daunting, however, they were supportive through the whole process.

16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Using an independent Estate Agents when selling a property has huge advantages.<br><br>They really know the local market inside out, they are realistic with valuations and work really hard to make sure a property sells. Invicta Estate Agents were certainly able to fulfil the brief.<br><br>In contrast I have found corporate chains tend to use inflated and unrealistic valuations at the outset to secure a client, leading to continued disappointment when there are limited or no viewings.<br><br>The team at Invicta Estate Agents were supportive throughout the process, responding promptly to answer all of my queries as the sale progressed through to completion.<br><br>A lovely touch, when a buyer was found was the sign attached to the For Sale board stating “Spoken For” which made me smile as I pulled up outside of my property.

27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Hawkesford James sold my Mother in Laws property and because of their professionalism I chose them to sell my mother's property. From start to finish I have been kept up to date by the very professional, helpful and friendly team, nothing being too much trouble. I am so pleased we picked them instead of one of the other chain Estate Agents, more personable and felt they were more friends than people running a business. I highly recommend using them.

Even though we had one fall through the team done their best to filter out tire kickers. Hopefully the sale completes as planned, would definitely recommend, I have now purchased and sold properties through different branches of RMJ .

This is the 3rd time I have used them, for very good reason, they are excellent at what they do: We were made to feel confident and comfortable throughout the sale.<br>Once the brochure had been published (on every major online platform,) they arranged many viewings, always keeping us up to date with viewer feedback and providing useful advice along the way.<br>After we had accepted an offer, (we had several,) we were regularly kept up to date with sale progression, the staff being particularly good at solicitor liaison, making sure all the parties involved in the chain were kept informed of the various complexities as they arose. All the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable.<br>Really happy with the service and I thoroughly recommend using Christopher Hodgson if you are selling in the Whitstable/Tankerton area.

Bailey Pretlove especially kept in touch regularly and made sure everything went through. When the first property I was going for fell through. They were just as disappointed as me as the seller was not very forthcoming. They found me a property quickly after this. I was very happy with my experience. Thanks Bailey and Molly Cooper for all the hard work and support.
- 21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I have known Ward & partners as it was known then when I was a nipper wearing shorts ??????<br>So for me it was natural that I would use a long standing and well recognised established estate agent ??????<br>We started the process in March 2026, Wards done their thing, exactly what there expertise is, selling houses. It's now nearing the end of October 2026 and I'm pleased to say it's been sold.<br>Everything has gone smoothly with very little hiccups.<br>All the team at Wards have been absolutely lovely, especially Judy who has given me updates and necessary information as and when.<br>I would whole heartedly recommend Wards if you need to sell your property, they don't hang around ??????

They were professional, brilliant with communication, and took the weight of contacting solicitors and helping to move everything forward. I have bought and sold a house previously with another chain estate agent and the difference in my experience is significant. I would always choose Joe and Chris at Greenleaf.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Their sales strategy led to 7 offers in one WE, and it wasn’t an easy house to sell either as it had been lived in for 50+ years and had its share of clutter and zero maintenance.
