Lacey and Josie were equally as good keeping us updated with viewings and feedback. Our house sold quickly and Mica has been excellent keeping us updated throughout the chain. I would highly recommend RMJ.

We have let our property through Invicta for some years now. We took their top package and they manage everything for us. We are happy, and so are our tenants!

Whilst initial viewings were positive, finding the right buyer took a bit longer but still within a very reasonable time frame and at an acceptable price Communications via email, phone and WhatsApp were very effective- 20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Bailey was very helpful and professional throughout my property search. We initially spoke with Steve who explained our options in a clear manner which made the process easy to understand. We also had dealings with Charlotte who was also prompt with calls and updates. I found the sales team to be hard to engage with and dismissive in relation to viewing the property, this also included mixed messages with timelines and expectations around sale price.. However once an offer was accepted the sales progression team were outstanding, Theresa in particular became our main point of contact and handled any problems quickly and professionally, whilst always remaining approachable and friendly. we cant thank her enough for the time and support she provided with keeping the sale on track.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
