1st Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Overall experience was great. Original valuation was quite over what I expected but the housing market near the end of 2023 was difficult to predict. Mo and Joe were both very supportive and had great communication in regards to the sale.

15th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)TW were instructed at the second agent after I felt my original agent was not getting the results the house merited. Their marketing materials much better and viewing feedback and Street Platform better than of the other agent. Overall please, and whilst not achieved the desired asking price, this was more down to market circumstances, I am pleased with the Taylor Walsh agency

6th Oct 2020 (3 years ago)I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????

Jay quickly and thoroughly grasps the situation and provides clear and concise advice. His desire to assist the client in obtaining their goal is first rate.
29th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Initial interactions were good - first visit, advertising and finding a tenant. Day to day management has been appalling - long response times, bad attitude, rude, inefficient (staff don't know what other staff are doing), have caused problems by promising things to my tenant and then refusing to follow through, not impressed with their service for repairs - told me they had trades people they regularly use but provided very expensive quotes so I ended up having to employ my own trades people to undertake any work. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid!

10th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Not happy arranged a viewing to see a commercial property they cancelled 5 times on me coming up with excuses. Totally unprofessional jokers and while still awaiting to view never to contact or follow up. Pathetic company and agents
8th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)I approached Savoy Stewart as my other agent was unable to rent my commercial property. I met David and Vivek at Savoy Stewart who were straight talking and managed my expectations. It took some time, but they successfully found a tenant, they ran the checks and worked with all parties to complete the transaction smoothly. I recommend them
