I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

Unfortunately, your statements were blanked out (redacted) it was impossible to access your suitably because your documentation was incomplete.

15th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Will NOT be using this company in the future. 12th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)I have been with Knights since 2016 and have never had an issue with them, they have found me great tenants and managed my property well with no major issues. I have no complaints and won't be going anywhere for the foreseeable as I am more than happy with the service.
1st May 2024 (16 days ago)Selling our much loved home was a stressful and emotional time however Tom was always at the end of the phone with advice and reassurance. Even after completion, Tom has stayed in contact, forwarding any properties he feels will meet our criteria. I couldn’t recommend Gracechurch Property Services highly enough.

Their responsiveness was incredible start to end. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Very impressed with the service and highly recommend working with Rakshita and Trupti as they made the process of finding a property and moving in seamless.

It is not easy running a big home and lot's of tough decisions are being made but I see that a lot of effort is going in to make it run smoothly as much as possible. So therefore, A great big thank you to the Staff who previously worked here and contributed massively to the home as well as the current Staff, I am learning from you all. Recently I have been dealing with Cansu Yarik. She makes every effort to support and deal with any day to day issues that may arise with the tenants. She liaises and carries out instructions from myself as promptly as possible and in a professional manner. She has good communication skills and will feedback liaison with tenants and any relevant work undertaken. I appreciate the help and support Cansu offers to me as a Landlady.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
