A special thanks to Elizabeth, who went above and beyond with her professionalism. She managed to secure our deposit back after the tenant left our property in a complete mess. Elizabeth’s dedication led to an amazing outcome, and we truly can’t thank her enough. Highly recommended!”
8th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)Absolutely appalled to have received an unsealed letter through our front door today encouraging landlords to increase their already ridiculously high rent. It is utterly immoral to be encouraging greedy landlords to be demanding 2024 rent prices for properties with 1970s kitchens and bathrooms, black mould, damp, single glazing and with bits of the home literally caving in and roofs collapsing all of a sudden. We have personally had to help distressed neighbours move out of their homes because they can no longer afford their extortionate rent. You are adding to extreme financial pressures to tenants, which are putting an enormous strain on people's mental and physical health. This is a shameful move on your part, Winkworth. Greedy and unethical and disgusting. Well done, Winkworth, for making life even harder for hard-working renters who can't catch a break and get on the property ladder. Please reassess your principals and do some serious self reflection.

He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

The agents were proactive in finding me the right buyer and acheived the price I wanted. Both Stephanie and Resit were very professional, helpful and informative, with both performing their duties to a high standard. Stephanie was very engaging and my interactions with her made the experience enjoyable. I asked for a quick sale and I am happy to say they found me a buyer who was able to complete the purchase in five weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend Knights to anyone selling a property, they were very transparent, kept me well informed throughout the process and were a pleasure to deal with.

He would print things for me, which made things easier for me to follow. Stuart was excellent, and so were all the staff in the office.

24th Oct 2024 (22 weeks ago)STERLING AKROYD,, West Byfleet : From start to finish Sterling Akroyd were professional, knowledgeable & helpful. We started the process of putting the property on the market at the end of April & it was all wrapped up and completed by mid August. I used their West Byfleet office and dealt mostly with Dan/Daniel. He constantly kept me updated, he was constantly chasing solicitors for updates. I truly felt like I didn’t have to do anything myself - I was in capable hands. I’ve never felt less stressed selling a house! I can not recommend Dan at Sterling Akroyd at Byfleet enough. Amazing service all round!
