29th Sep 2024 (24 days ago)We have just completed our property purchase through Atkinsons and the whole team have been amazing from start to finish. Nic took the time to ask questions and understand what kind of property we were looking for at the start of our search, and because she had taken the time to get to get to know us was able to identify and show us a property that ticked every box just as it was coming to market. That house is now our house, and while the process of getting from offer accepted to completion became complex and difficult at times as we lost our initial buyers, we had Claire supporting us and making sure the sale and chain stayed together to complete. We are grateful for their genuine attitudes, friendliness, support and professionalism and that as agents they were kind and patient throughout.
22nd Sep 2024 (4 weeks ago)I would not recommend. Throughout the period of my tenancy BTC were barely responsive to messages, calls and emails. The only time we would be in contact is when THEY wanted to contact us. At the end of my tenancy they were no help in the process of returning our deposit and only decided to a MONTH after my contract ended. I as well as the other tenants were overcharged for costs of the house after the tenancy and BTC just kept telling us “they are the middle man” which was so unhelpful. After telling them we were not paying for costs that we were not responsible for they ghosted us. We ended up accepting the costs they put on us as we were tired of no progress. Again, would NOT recommend.

21st Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

China has been so committed and positive from the first time she came to value the property. She was very confident that she would find the right tenants and she delivered as promised. Communication was swift and she was always available to clear any doubts/ concerns. 8th Oct 2024 (15 days ago)Andre Esty, has been absolutely brilliant with helping me find a suitable tenant within 5 days of the previous tenant moving out! In my 10 years as Landlord I have never had such quick success. Andre also helped me with finding cleaners, contractors and sent me lots of pictures of the works carried out. I am not based in London so this seamless and personal level of service was priceless. Andre, is professional, smart and really really happy. He is respectful and friendly. I hope I continue to work with Andre for years and wish him all the luck. He has really gone above and beyond and I have yet to find an estate agent as genuine and honest as Andre.

I recently relocated to London for work & contacted countless agents via email, property enquiries, phone calls & in person introductions but to no avail. I reached out about a let & the same night Kaz contacted me & the next day Ozzie took me to see 2 flats, one which I hadn't even seen advertised. I settled on a property that day, thanks to the knowledge & insight that Ozzie offered. This team walked this transplant through the letting process with patience & thoroughness. No question was too small. Knowing that I was relocating with lots of heavy luggage & many stairs, Ozzie & Omar even carried my belongings to the 2nd floor, & Ozzie showed me the ins & outs of the flat, explaining differences I wouldn't have thought of until later. The guys still continue to check on me & they connected me with great landlords. I cannot say enough positive things about this trio!
