She was there for every stage of the purchase, from arranging the initial viewing, keeping the process going, through to the exchange and completion process. She was professional throughout and a joy to deal with, in what is quite a stressful process.

He was extremely professional, very clear in his communication, knew when to step in and when to step back when the owner was showing us around. Willing to come in very early to show us a property, even on a Saturday. Straight-talking without any of the usual "fluff" that comes with the industry. Very quick to reply and very helpful. Due to complex reevaluation of fire safety regulations there were delays beyond everyone’s control but thanks to them navigating carefully between seller and buyer and always remaining optimistic they helped the process and kept the process as easy as it could possibly be- and even made it a lot less stressful than people say ! Great estate agents - thank you

They were always accommodating when arranging viewings and took the time to clearly explain everything about the property. Communication between all parties was smooth and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Friendly, approachable, and very supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agency.

She was very transparent about the house, accommodated our time/dates as we were coming into the city from further away, and kept us informed at each stage of the process. Very clear communicator and she was quick to respond to any queries or concerns. It made the process of finding a place stress-free. They kindly arranged two viewings for us and even accommodated a last-minute EICR inspection along with a pre-exchange viewing, which we really appreciated. 22nd Jul 2026 (22 days ago)I have had my portfolio with property Inc for some time now and some of my tenancy’s have recently come up for renewal, I think it’s only fair to lay praise with the people who truely make letting properties a hassle free experience. Athena at property Inc especially stands out, she is prospective, clear and concise knows what she’s doing and has demonstrated a clear ability to charge of stressful situations while being able to deliver reassurance to us as vendors.<br><br>Whenever an issue has arisen, repair and maintenance or be it chasing documents or whatever it may be, Athena is quick to act and has always made us feel like a priority even with her work load, charming and a true credit to property inc, she is the only person I wish to use for any further acquisitions in the future. 10/10 stars.

We’ve used them multiple times to find a house, and every single time they have been incredibly helpful, professional and genuinely lovely to deal with.<br><br>A special mention to Jeremy, who is absolutely fantastic. He is so helpful, responsive and always goes above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>We’ve had such a great experience with Cosway every time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agency. 27th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)A terrible experience trying to sell my property.<br><br>It started positively, with promises of numerous interested buyers, an optimistic valuation, a quick initial appointment and glossy marketing materials showcasing their local listings.<br><br>Unfortunately, the service deteriorated from there. I received frequent calls described as “market updates”, despite there being no meaningful update to share. At other times, emails went unanswered and calls were not returned.<br><br>Far too many people seemed to be involved—sales managers, team managers and sales agents—but communication between them was poor. I was repeatedly passed between different people, who blamed one another and failed to follow through on agreed actions.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell their property.
