The costs were clearly communicated from the outset which wasn’t the case with some other agencies we contacted. Communication was excellent and they handled all negotiations well. We were kept well informed as the sale progressed. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

9th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)We needed to get the house on the market as quickly as possible and branch manager Melanie Fairness made time to meet us and agree a valuation and a marketing strategy. She took excellent pictures and quickly produced details, which she forwarded to us for approval, and once the house was online Melanie kept us fully informed of viewings and the reaction of the potential buyers, positive and negative. Within a month we had several offers and accepted one of them for close to the asking price. Altogether Red Hot Property provided a professional service and made selling the property a simple and stress-free process.

31st Aug 2024 (20 days ago)This company never gets back. They simply could not care less. It's a question whether they put forward any of the offers if it doesn't meet the sale agent's taste. It is the worst Estate Agent I have come across. I cannot believe people actually use them. Sellers avoid this company as your property will be on the market for ages without the Agents relaying any offers/communication from potential buyers. I have missed out on number of properties where they did not put forward my communication/offer to the seller. This company needs to be reported.
