11th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)The all inclusive service is ideal as it includes the cost of sale and legal fees and a lot of the legal are done ready for when you find a buyer saving time. Sale agreed n less then 2 weeks and above the asking price.

3rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

17th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.

6th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I sold my property with Pinewood Estates Clowne using their gold all inclusive package which for a good price took care of everything. The photos taken looked really nice on the sales listing and through every step of my sale I was kept informed of the progress. Any questions or concerns during this worrying time were always answered with a friendly phone call. I would recommend anyone who is selling their property to get in touch with Pinewoods

Can’t fault the experience I had with them and would highly recommend. Professional, helpful and not arrogant like most estate agents - was a refreshing change
