6th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Phoned up to enquire on a property they had advised for sale met with a complete lack of interest from the staff member who was not only rude but dismissive, fortunately the house is advertised with another agent where we have been able to since view the property with no hassle! If you are thinking of selling or looking to buy completely avoid these bunch of clowns.

I felt comfortable I was in safe hands and confident to act, knowing that I had their support. Would heartily recommend them for all landlord and tenancy management and support.

17th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Very Poor Service – Extremely Unprofessional<br><br>I had booked a viewing and arrived on time, only to be told by Ellis that she didn’t have the keys to the property. After some discussion, she said she would send me a video of the property instead.<br><br>Since then, I have sent multiple texts and emails but have received no response. This is highly unprofessional. Like If you are doing a client a “favour,” the least you can do is communicate properly and respect their time.<br><br>I would strongly advise landlords and business owners to reconsider using their services. There is clearly a lack of professionalism and basic customer care. It’s no surprise that their signboards remain on properties for years if this is the level of service they provide.

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

10th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)The viewing with Lewis was the best accompanied viewing we have ever had and, being in our 80s, we can fairly say we have had a few! He was there before us, had the property opened up, lights on, and standing waiting at the gate. He was immaculately dressed - a beautiful suit and tie, rather than open neck shirt, scruffy shoes etc which seem to be standard these days. And for us, the most impressive thing in these days of just on line photographs - a little folder of printed out photographs with a description of each picture, floor plan and other relevant details. Again, a first in our current batch of house hunting - our last sale/purchase was over 20 years ago when you actually had a printed brochure about the property you were viewing in your sticky little hand. Had we known how superior was the attitude of BE towards the sale of their properties we would have used them for the sale of our own house. You will gather, we were suitably impressed.
