The house is our forever home and i very much doubt we will be making another move; however, for anyone considering selling or purchasing, we would give F&C the highest recommendation.

Laura has been nothing short of superb. As first-time buyers, she was on our side from start to finish, fighting our corner every step of the way. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and consistent, whether by phone or email. When solicitors make you feel like just another number and the stress of buying a home starts to mount, Laura is there to support you, keep you informed, and help ease the pressure. She genuinely made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much more manageable. I cannot recommend Laura and the rest of the team highly enough. I'd also like to add , that when it came to someone viewing my house , it was Liberty who showed them round , turned up before the viewing , asked me other questions about my property , you could tell that this ment as much to her as it did me . I've worked in sales for 25 years , i know my house is in very safe hands with Liberty and William H Brown . I will be going in too request Liberty does all my house viewings from now on .

From start to finish, he made the sale of my home feel as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout. He always returned my calls, kept me updated, and was proactive in getting things moving whenever something needed sorting. Having someone who genuinely keeps you informed makes such a difference during what can be a stressful process.<br><br>Henry was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional, approachable, and always happy to help. I really felt like he cared about making the sale go through as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Thank you, Henry, for all of your hard work and support. 29th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I first met Lora as a buyer, when she was selling the home I now live in. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and proactive. She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
