18th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We have recently sold our late parents house with Buckley Brown. It was a very stressful and emotional time but the team at Buckley Brown helped us through it. They guided us through the whole journey with kindness and patience. We had weekly phone updates throughout the process. They definitely took the pressure away from us. We trusted them with keys and alarm codes to the property for viewing purposes and they always left the property secure. Debbie from the sales progression team was extremely helpful and I looked forward to her friendly chats. Many thanks.
6th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Phoned up to enquire on a property they had advised for sale met with a complete lack of interest from the staff member who was not only rude but dismissive, fortunately the house is advertised with another agent where we have been able to since view the property with no hassle! If you are thinking of selling or looking to buy completely avoid these bunch of clowns.

17th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Very Poor Service – Extremely Unprofessional<br><br>I had booked a viewing and arrived on time, only to be told by Ellis that she didn’t have the keys to the property. After some discussion, she said she would send me a video of the property instead.<br><br>Since then, I have sent multiple texts and emails but have received no response. This is highly unprofessional. Like If you are doing a client a “favour,” the least you can do is communicate properly and respect their time.<br><br>I would strongly advise landlords and business owners to reconsider using their services. There is clearly a lack of professionalism and basic customer care. It’s no surprise that their signboards remain on properties for years if this is the level of service they provide.

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! 24th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I sold my home with Temple Estates at the end of March. Neil, Maggie and Harley have genuinely been outstanding with the support they all provided throughout the process. I was kept fully up to date with the position my buyers were in regarding the conveyancing process. I highly recommend anyone thinking of selling their home to use Temple Estates. After the personal support I have received I would not ever consider using a chain of agents again. Thank you once again Neil, Maggie and Harley ??????
