The honesty and advice given was tremendous and extremally helpful to my wife and I. Would recommend their services and will use when i decide to move. A very positive company and very professional approach. Ellie was excellent yesterday also, prior to the to visit great advice before the visit took place. Absolutely amazing experience with all staff members; Reo and Niall, both very professional and friendly, but most importantly, Simon Massey who has gone above and beyond for my mother-in-law while selling and buying her properties recently. My mother-in-law has needed alot of support as we live approx 160 miles away and she has health issues. Simon was absolutely wonderful to her and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Always remember not many things in life run smoothly and there are always hiccups, but with the excellent service that Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse provides, you know things will run as smoothly as they can be. Thank you guys for all your help and support.

Phoebe has made the process stress-free, easy and fast. She has explained every detail of each step and has answered any questions that we have had, and we had a lot! Phoebe is friendly, approachable and professional and we couldn't have wished for a better advisor. She helped us to find the perfect home and pointed us in the direction of a brilliant solicitor. We are now awaiting a move in date and couldn't be happier. She is an asset to the team! The team also helped us when looking for properties and made sure that we were able to look at properties on the market as soon as they were available. We received emails about the latest properties and when we contacted to book a viewing, we always received a fast response.

She was brilliant, we had to jump through quite a few hoops together and she was incredibly helpful with any issues we faced! It was a long process but she was with me through every step!

22nd Jun 2023 (9 mo. ago)Moved out from one property rent from Leaders Mansfield in March 2023, till today don't get back deposit and 2 weeks rent! Tried few times to ring,sent emails no any response or once what they can say its they waiting for landlord response then don't answer the phone! They withdrawn deposit to the agency without any statement for me as tenant ! Agents arranged viewings for house without closed our case! Never will recommend that's brach for anybody.

9th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Brilliant, move in was smooth all fees explained fully, no unexpected charges and very quick to respond when we needed them. Thank you for a lovely service. Unfortunately we were misled about improvement to the property (double glazing) and after a year misled that landlord wanted a new contract.

Wooden framed windows plus dilapidated garage built of asbestos that needs pulling down and taken away . All Ready to exchange contracts. She has lost thousands thanks to their lies.

They kept me up to date at all times, took amazing pictures, and sold the house in 5 days!! After using a few other estate agents previously, I can honestly say Staton & Cushley are miles ahead in their knowledge, professionalism and customer service - which is second to none. Thank you for the perfect experience, I can’t recommend them enough!!
