From start to the point of sale so far the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart in the industry. ?They move quickly and keep the process on track. Every interaction with Adam, Louise or Scarlett was handled with courtesy. They are a genuinely polite team that makes you feel valued. They were always available to assist whenever I had a question, making the communication process seamless ?Thank you for making this such a positive experience!
18th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Friendly professional service- 5th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I purchased my property through Bairstow Eves Sales team and initially had a very positive experience with the sales team. They were professional, helpful, and made the purchase process smooth from start to finish especially Dean. Because of that experience, I trusted the company and decided to place my property under their letting and management service. Unfortunately, my experience with the letting team was completely different and extremely disappointing. During the management of my property, I experienced significant issues and damage, which ultimately led me to revoke and cancel their management services and transfer my property to another estate agent. Since ending the management agreement, I have spent the last six months repeatedly emailing and requesting the return of my tenancy deposit funds, including contacting the manager, Jessica, directly. Despite numerous attempts, I have received little to no response and the deposit still has not been returned. It is very frustrating and disappointing that a company with such a strong sales team has handled the lettings side in this manner. Due to the ongoing lack of communication and failure to resolve the matter, I am now left with no option but to proceed with legal action to recover the funds. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves the way their lettings department handles landlords and client money in the future.

23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)My house sold in 5weeks at asking price ,what’s more to say- 6th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Phoned up to enquire on a property they had advised for sale met with a complete lack of interest from the staff member who was not only rude but dismissive, fortunately the house is advertised with another agent where we have been able to since view the property with no hassle! If you are thinking of selling or looking to buy completely avoid these bunch of clowns.

They have always been super quick to respond to any communication and extremely professional while doing so. They were also incredibly understanding, respectful and accommodating of my personal situation. I especially want to call out Bev H who I spoke with the most, she's a real star. Should I decide to rent again in the future or have a property to rent out then Cheffins will be my first choice.

29th May 2026 (21 days ago)I first met Lora as a buyer, when she was selling the home I now live in. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and proactive. She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

10th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)The viewing with Lewis was the best accompanied viewing we have ever had and, being in our 80s, we can fairly say we have had a few! He was there before us, had the property opened up, lights on, and standing waiting at the gate. He was immaculately dressed - a beautiful suit and tie, rather than open neck shirt, scruffy shoes etc which seem to be standard these days. And for us, the most impressive thing in these days of just on line photographs - a little folder of printed out photographs with a description of each picture, floor plan and other relevant details. Again, a first in our current batch of house hunting - our last sale/purchase was over 20 years ago when you actually had a printed brochure about the property you were viewing in your sticky little hand. Had we known how superior was the attitude of BE towards the sale of their properties we would have used them for the sale of our own house. You will gather, we were suitably impressed.
