Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

30th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)What felt like it could be the most nerve racking experience for a first time buyer was made clear, reassuring and easily with a mortgage broker like Jessica Seamer.<br><br>She tailored the whole experience to my understanding, made the whole thing enjoyable, and exceeded my expectations. The last mortgage broker I was liaising with was a little different to what I needed, but Jessica came in and got me the offer with her years of expertise !<br><br>Couldn't be happier or more grateful, Thank you Jessica and Bairstow Eves !

From start to the point of sale so far the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart in the industry. ?They move quickly and keep the process on track. Every interaction with Adam, Louise or Scarlett was handled with courtesy. They are a genuinely polite team that makes you feel valued. They were always available to assist whenever I had a question, making the communication process seamless ?Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Laura has been nothing short of superb. As first-time buyers, she was on our side from start to finish, fighting our corner every step of the way. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and consistent, whether by phone or email. When solicitors make you feel like just another number and the stress of buying a home starts to mount, Laura is there to support you, keep you informed, and help ease the pressure. She genuinely made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much more manageable. I cannot recommend Laura and the rest of the team highly enough. Thank you for everything you have done for us. We sincerely hope to work with you again in the future.

Lots of communication, knowledge and experience.- 28th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)After a promising start with Jared it quickly went down hill. We are first time sellers and dealing with WHB put us off entirely that we took the house off the market and are going to try again in a couple of years (with another estate agent).<br><br>(To be clear, when we cancelled the contract I emailed them with our experience and it went unanswered)<br><br>In summary:<br>1. We expected a consultative experience. Being guided through the selling process with recommendations on what to do. Instead we’d get calls asking us what we wanted to do… if we knew what to do we wouldn’t be paying you thousands in fees.<br>2. Liberty is in serious need of training. Any push back or challenge and she hands you off to Jared, during negotiations with a prospective buyer she relayed incorrect information on their offer, and speaking with the offerees directly communication with them was non existent. From the same offerees we were told that Liberty really doesnt understand the house she is selling, any of its unique features (even though we sent an email detailing them) and instead just guessed.<br>3. We had 4 viewings in 4 months, zero advice on what to do. With one viewing they were an elderly couple looking for a bungalow (for context we are a 3 story with steep stairs)<br>4. We received an incredibly low offer. This offer was delivered with no advice, no suggestions on next steps, no consultation. Just "here's the offer, what do you wanna do?" This offer was given around lunchtime, to which we countered and I had to chase a call the morning after to find out what was going on.<br><br>Rather than the consultative experience we expected, it feels like they are just order takers.<br><br>Based on our experience id encourage you to avoid.

From start to finish, he made the sale of my home feel as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout. He always returned my calls, kept me updated, and was proactive in getting things moving whenever something needed sorting. Having someone who genuinely keeps you informed makes such a difference during what can be a stressful process.<br><br>Henry was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional, approachable, and always happy to help. I really felt like he cared about making the sale go through as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Thank you, Henry, for all of your hard work and support. I’m incredibly grateful for everything you did, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to sell their home.

He has always been approachable, honest and professional, taking the time to keep us informed and answer any questions we had. We never felt pressured, and his communication has been excellent, particularly during what can be a stressful time.<br><br>We also really appreciate the work of the sales progression team, especially Kelly and Neave, who has been proactive in keeping everything moving and explaining the next steps as we progress towards exchange.<br><br>Buying and selling a home can be an emotional experience, but Cheffins have made it feel organised, transparent and well managed. She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
