1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent experience with these guys :)

Huge thank you to Tom, Lewis & Sarah for a really quick turn around on renting our new home! We saw the house on Monday and had the keys by Saturday. We really appreciate the work put in to make this happen.
20th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Excellent service from Mortgage Services Development Manager, Craig Ford. Craig is patient and generous with his time to ensure understanding of the process, and always prompt with response to all communications. Highly recommended!- 21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Exceptional support and assistance from the Lettings Manager, Cerys Williams. She understood our predicament, a quickly approaching vacate date, and proactively worked with us to enable a viewing as soon as possible. Having viewed, we paid the holding deposit and began the confirmation and verification process. Cerys very patiently handled my many enquiries during the process and accommodated my preferences from the 'normal' way of doing things. She even advised on the free parking options near the office for when we had to complete the paperwork and pay the deposit before collecting the keys. We certainly appreciated her efforts on our behalf to secure our new rental.
18th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Friendly professional service
7th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Excellent service from start to exchange ,, , kept us informed and were “on the case” with enquiries and feedback . The post “sale” service was particularly good , which is where most agents (particularly the faceless internet based ones) fail in thinking the job is done,,, Bairstowes Mansfield Woodhouse kept being proactive and did not sit back just because a “sold” board had gone out and worked through to completion ??????
15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Abbie was so helpful with my move in!!! 10/10 experience ?????? they were very efficient and informative about everything
26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Good set up, communication and sales progression.- 14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Tried to get a written statement from them for a claim as our property purchase fell through due to no fault of our own. They ignored my emails and when my wife called and spoke to Liberty on the phone she wasn’t very helpful and abrupt, asking why my insurance company needed that. It would have taken 5 minutes just to give us the details for our claim. She said she would email back but I am still yet to hear from the estate agent . Very poor communication throughout entire moving process and adding unnecessary stress .
15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)What can I say, Ellie Farnsworth has been fantastic since the get go, was so impressed with the house viewing she took us on, she was so informative - from us putting the offer in and her going through every step thoroughly I couldn’t be more impressed. Ellie is a credit to Haart! Thanks again ! X
6th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Excellent service from start to finish.

Sophie and Josh have been fantastic throughout the process of securing my new premises in Mansfield town centre. Communication has been excellent from the outset, with questions answered quickly, requests passed on to the landlord promptly, plus regular updates throughout the process.

I particularly appreciated that Josh always acknowledged receipt of my emails, even when they didn’t necessarily warrant a reply. It’s a small detail, but it made a real difference and meant I always knew things were being dealt with.

The whole process has been professional, efficient and straightforward. I’ve felt well supported throughout and would happily recommend Sophie, Josh and the lettings team.
26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Very strange a house came up for private rent that same day I applied and they rang me saying I couldn’t apply because I don’t live in the area I live 5 miles away from the house,I don’t understand why that would be a problem anyway then asked me what budget am I looking at I said £700 then said I won’t be able to rent with that the house applied for is on for £690
29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)????? Some people make you feel at home before you've even moved in. When I first met Martha, it was a rather gloomy day. The weather wasn't particularly welcoming, but her smile was all the light and warmth I needed. From that very first moment, she made me feel genuinely welcome. Today, I met Spencer again, and he was just as wonderful. He patiently listened to all my questions and requests, helped me take measurements around the house, and went out of his way to make things easier for me. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was asking for too much. My experience with this agency has been truly different. It's rare to find an estate agency that genuinely cares about your interests and makes you feel like an old friend rather than just another customer. Moving to a new town and starting a new chapter can be daunting, but Martha and Spencer have made the whole experience feel warm, reassuring and exciting. Thank you, Martha and Spencer, not just for your professionalism, patience and help, but for the humanity and warmth you bring to your work. You haven't just helped me find a house. You've made me feel welcome in a town I'm about to call home. And that means more than you know. ??
9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Absolutely appalling. Me and my partner were buying a property through M&C and they were bluntly put 'a load of rubbish'. From the beginning there was no communication and we had to extend our mortgage deadline 3 times due to their incompetence to get any answers from the 3rd party solicitors. Im not sure if our experience was a 'one off' but id stay well clear.

24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)As first time buyers, we really didn't know where to start. Pippa's help and expertise made the whole process extremely quick, easy and stress free. Would recommend her to others.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
