The whole process was prompt efficient and l was kept informed throughout the whole process. I have again lovely tenants and l would recommend eastate east agent to landlords.

The honesty and advice given was tremendous and extremally helpful to my wife and I. Would recommend their services and will use when i decide to move. A very positive company and very professional approach. Ellie was excellent yesterday also, prior to the to visit great advice before the visit took place. Absolutely amazing experience with all staff members; Reo and Niall, both very professional and friendly, but most importantly, Simon Massey who has gone above and beyond for my mother-in-law while selling and buying her properties recently. My mother-in-law has needed alot of support as we live approx 160 miles away and she has health issues. Simon was absolutely wonderful to her and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Always remember not many things in life run smoothly and there are always hiccups, but with the excellent service that Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse provides, you know things will run as smoothly as they can be. Phoebe has made the process stress-free, easy and fast. She has explained every detail of each step and has answered any questions that we have had, and we had a lot! Phoebe is friendly, approachable and professional and we couldn't have wished for a better advisor. She helped us to find the perfect home and pointed us in the direction of a brilliant solicitor. We are now awaiting a move in date and couldn't be happier. She is an asset to the team! The team also helped us when looking for properties and made sure that we were able to look at properties on the market as soon as they were available. We received emails about the latest properties and when we contacted to book a viewing, we always received a fast response.

Ben and his colleagues kept us up to date with proceedings and always fitted us in to their schedule if we wanted extra visits to check out and measure certain things in our new property. Would certainly recommend Sankeys for the personal and professional way they dealt with us and other people in the chain. Many thanks again.
