21st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I am the executor of a will for a very dear friend whose property is on the market with Strada.<br>I made a special journey into their office to explain my situation & left my name & number with a brief note asking to be kept in the loop regarding progress of the sale.<br>I did this on July 31, 3 weeks have now passed & nobody has had the decency to contact me.<br>I know my message was received as someone telephoned my friend's daughter the very same day.<br>I consider their lack of response to be discurteous & unprofessional.<br>Potential customers of Strada may want to bear this lack of communication in mind!

From the very beginning, they were extremely professional, helpful and genuinely committed to making the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Laura was always approachable, responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. Robert was also incredibly helpful and professional, and it was clear that they both genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, especially when there are unexpected delays and complications, but having Laura and Robert supporting us made a huge difference. They were always willing to help, answer our questions and go the extra mile whenever needed.<br><br>I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I would highly recommend Laura and Robert to anyone looking to sell their property. Excellent communication, professionalism and customer service from start to finish. Thank you both for all your hard work!
6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)A very overwhelming process deciding to sell your house but was made as stress free and straight forward as possible using Bairstow Eves<br><br>We did enquire with a handful of estate agents initially, to understand what would be involved and costs, and very grateful that Bairstow were patient and respectful waiting for us to choose. Lauren came over to value the house and sit us down to go through the process- helping to answer all our questions, daft or not!<br><br>It was really fascinating to see and hear how and why houses had been sold and what she expected ours to do. The local knowledge and down to earth ways of going about selling houses, was what won us over<br><br>Comms when sorting the viewings was very pain free, and they very much appreciated the fact that we didn’t want to do the viewings. One thing I would note is that for any estate agent, is to ensure the person doing the viewing does know as much about the house as possible so they can help answer any obvious questions- for example, what the building at the back of our house was, which was an outbuilding.<br><br>Lauren checked in throughout the whole process and gave such great advice. Amber was always happy to pick up the phone and make sure things were moving along nicely. Tegan was exceptional in making that last big push to get to the end.<br><br>I highly doubt that if we ever emailed again after everything has completed, they wouldn’t hesitate in getting back to us straight away.<br><br>Thanks Bairstow for making our lives as easy as possible!- 31st Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I am satisfied with the service I received from Frank Ines. From start to the point of sale so far the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart in the industry. ?They move quickly and keep the process on track. Every interaction with Adam, Louise or Scarlett was handled with courtesy. They are a genuinely polite team that makes you feel valued. They were always available to assist whenever I had a question, making the communication process seamless ?Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Dean helped with every step of the process, and explained terms to us in the process which, as first time buyers, we didn't understand. Would definietly go through Dean again if needed.
9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I am delighted to write a review for Newton Fallowell Estate Agents, Mansfield. They were all "on it" from the beginning. My first contact with Jordan, who was enthusiastic and contagiously positive with her ideas, to the incredible friendly, efficient, supportive, professional and again positive and professional, lovely Laura (who answered all my questions and great to talk to!(all of them were)!)). All supported by Ellie, who also kept everything moving, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was fabulous. A fabulous team. The price is good and between them, they made everything seem easy. I am so grateful to them for making me feel that I am in "good hands". I have had experience with other Estate Agents and can honestly say, Newton Fallowell have been the BEST.
8th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I was impressed with Buckley brown and the agents knowledge of my property and the local area. We had loads of viewings and the agents that came gave plenty of notice for viewings and were available to do the viewing with the customer as it wasn’t something I wanted to do myself. It was easy to contact someone if I had any queries or questions.- 28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)After a promising start with Jared it quickly went down hill. We are first time sellers and dealing with WHB put us off entirely that we took the house off the market and are going to try again in a couple of years (with another estate agent).<br><br>(To be clear, when we cancelled the contract I emailed them with our experience and it went unanswered)<br><br>In summary:<br>1. We expected a consultative experience. Being guided through the selling process with recommendations on what to do. Instead we’d get calls asking us what we wanted to do… if we knew what to do we wouldn’t be paying you thousands in fees.<br>2. Liberty is in serious need of training. Any push back or challenge and she hands you off to Jared, during negotiations with a prospective buyer she relayed incorrect information on their offer, and speaking with the offerees directly communication with them was non existent. From the same offerees we were told that Liberty really doesnt understand the house she is selling, any of its unique features (even though we sent an email detailing them) and instead just guessed.<br>3. We had 4 viewings in 4 months, zero advice on what to do. With one viewing they were an elderly couple looking for a bungalow (for context we are a 3 story with steep stairs)<br>4. We received an incredibly low offer. This offer was delivered with no advice, no suggestions on next steps, no consultation. Just "here's the offer, what do you wanna do?" This offer was given around lunchtime, to which we countered and I had to chase a call the morning after to find out what was going on.<br><br>Rather than the consultative experience we expected, it feels like they are just order takers.<br><br>Based on our experience id encourage you to avoid.

No application was received and saw on rightmove let agreed. It’s really not fair to be wasting peoples time going to viewings when they pick and chose who they want to apply. Definitely an estate agent to avoid.
31st Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I live overseas and recently had to sell my late mum’s property, so having an agent I could trust was incredibly important. I was initially a little hesitant after hearing from a neighbour that I might hardly hear from Rod, but I’m very happy to say I had absolutely nothing to worry about!<br><br>Aaron and Emily were fantastic — always quick to respond, keeping me regularly updated and incredibly helpful despite the time difference. I especially appreciated that they checked on the property regularly, which gave me great peace of mind while I was working within a budget. I understand there is normally a charge for this, as there was with most of the other agents I spoke to, so I really appreciated their courtesy in making the process as stress-free as possible for me while I was abroad.<br><br>They genuinely made what was a daunting process feel somewhat easier. I always felt comfortable reaching out whenever I was anxious or had a question, and there were many! I’m grateful for their support and would happily recommend the team at Alexander Jacob.

29th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I first met Lora as a buyer, when she was selling the home I now live in. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and proactive. She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

Responded quickly to ensure an accurate description was listed. Viewings communicated quickly and sold within 2weeks
