Sean has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process of listing the property and carrying out a number of viewings. 7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Not sure if our experience was down to the average age of the staff at the ilkeston branch of Burchell Edwards, but feel they neither managed our (Seller) or the buyers expectations during the viewings of which we had many, but no offers. On changing agents within 7days and 3 viewings we had 2 offers!!!!! I suppose the moral of this story is choose the right agent.??????
