Chris Taylor was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout what was a longer-than-usual process because we were in a chain. 12th May 2025 (8 weeks ago)I’m deeply disappointed with this agency. They played with the wellbeing of my daughter and my two grandchildren. After going through a very difficult time due to illness, my daughter finally saw a bit of hope and paid a deposit for a house she fell in love with. But this agency, with no shame at all, kept her deposit of over £350, accusing her of lying and refusing to rent her the house – even though she is pregnant and has a three-year-old child. It’s disgusting. If they didn’t want to rent her the house, they could have just said no. But instead, they took her money knowing she was vulnerable. That’s not something you do to another human being. I hope God gives them back the same treatment they gave my daughter and her children. Keeping money that doesn’t belong to you, especially from someone vulnerable, is simply wrong.
