6th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!
15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Avoid at all costs, even if they're selling your dream home. It is not worth it and you stand to lose a lot! Absolutely terrible customer service and organisation. They are single handedly holding up a chain of 2 houses and have ignored almost all emails from the start of this process. They have also lied throughout, right from the first viewing, with claims that turned out to he completely untrue up to us trying to complete the exchange. Currently have got both buyers in the chain, plus the other estate agent chasing them, to still not even have the courtesy to reply to any one of us. The person buying our house is going to end up homeless if Davis Tate don't start to action everything that they should have, and they do not appear to care in the slightest. They are rude and unacceptably bad at their jobs, putting peoples lives in the balance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

He kept us in the loop regularly through phone calls and emails and enabled the sale to progress through very easily. Thanks for the excellent service.
25th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)We have used Hodsons several times over a 24 year period ,both to buy and to sell our homes. A really friendly, efficient and pro active team who keep you informed with real integrity throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend the entire team at Abingdon and Didcot. If they didnt know a particular question we had , they would find out promptly and ALWAYS returned our calls .A thoroughly pleasant, approachable and staff. Thank you all so much.

This is one of the worst agencies in Oxford, only exceeded in their general incompetence by Finders Keepers.- 11th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)The flat we are renting is riddled with black mould and damp and Breckon have taken over a year to take action, incredibly slow service and they are now refusing to help us. Completely incompetent

8th Jan 2024 (9 mo. ago)Positive: Professional and quick to respond to any communication. Nice photography and pleasant, personal service. Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.- 25th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)All round excellent - we sold to the tenant, so in one sense we didn't need an agent but Harry and his team have been excellent in pushing the process along and keeping us updated.

Sold our house with in 6 weeks of putting it on the market with them, super pleased fast service from start to completion would recommend to anyone for a quick and smooth sale!

I wasn't too worried as I wasn't in a hurry at the time, but it took too long to recognise this, which was probably not perfect in a relatively flat market. My key comment however relates to the very poor communication. Slow responses to telephone calls and often with an email rather than a call.
