I highly recommend her.- 13th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Aston for all the support during a very difficult house purchase. 3 mortgage offers later and we have made it to exchange! Aston was so easy to work with, very informative and always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. He went above and beyond to try to make the purchase process easier and i cannot express enough what a rock he has been. I will not be going to anyone else if i ever need anything like this again because they would not be able to top this service. I also wanted to call out how fantastic Emily has been, although we purchased a property on with another branch eventually, at the start of our search Emily was on hand to offer advice and support and was incredibly helpful (and lovely to speak to!) Some months later and i called the office to speak to Aston, emily answered and remembered me immediately! Seriously good service from some lovely people. Thank you so much!

I contacted Abbotts in Downham Market and I found them to be very helpful, understanding and professional from beginning to end. The house sold within a week but unfortunately the buyer dropped out due to a very long 28 week probate wait. However, the day probate was granted I instructed Abbotts to put the house back on the market and it was sold in under 48 hours. I dealt mainly with Steven Bond and he was the star of the show, nothing was too much trouble for him.

After the ease of the sale first time around, it was a no-brainer to go with Abbotts again. The team at Fakenham were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us updated every step of the journey and made the whole process as smooth as a house sale could possibly be. Thank you Kamile and team!
30th Sep 2024 (23 days ago)We didn’t use Iconic to sell but if we decide to move in the future they will be top of our list. We purchased a property from them and can honestly say they were faultless. We had most of our dealings with Julie and she was absolutely brilliant, communication was first class all the way through whether that be for updates or chasing solicitor's! Even with hiccups in the chain she was there to support in dealings with solicitor's. 23rd Dec 2020 (3 years ago)Myself and my Family moved from Essex to Norfolk and purchased our house through Parsons. Through out the whole process Richard at Parsons went above and beyond to ensure the purchase went through with as few problems as possible he kept in regular contact with us and kept us informed throughout the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending Parsons and would like to thank the whole team for a largely stress free purchase.
1st Oct 2024 (22 days ago)Overall the agents and especially Hayley were very good. We were told that we would have an allocated person to speak to from the beginning, which didn't really happen until we were closer to selling. This was a little disappointing, but not a deal breaker. And the number of different telephone numbers we were contacted from was confusing, we never seemed to get the right one to return a missed call! We are obviously pleased with the end result and would (have already) recommended the Norfolk Agent to family and friends

Following a less positive experience with an agency that wasn't really understanding of the area or property we came to Belton Duffey following positive word of mouth, and we're glad we did. They've provided invaluable support around the listing of the property and in handling any questions we had. Everything has done with the utmost care and professionalism. We've felt not just professionally but also emotionally supported in this process by people who really care about their clients and have gone above and beyond in dealing with more difficult aspects of the selling process. The advice we've received has been considered and well reasoned, and the people in the office have been exceptionally friendly and accomodating.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We were not local to Kings Lynn and Sowerby`s were recommended to us, and we were not disappointed.
13th Jul 2024 (15 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
26th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)We chose Minors and Brady after the valuer did a good talk, which we unfortunately fell for! When the valuer suggested we market our property at between £410,000 to £425,000, which we thought was over priced and told him why. As we wanted a quickish sale we suggested that it be marketed for overs in excess of £395,000, the valuer said they would have no problems selling at this price. He said they had their own staff who would do the viewings and someone would be in contact with us to pop round and see the property so they knew what they were selling. We made it quite clear that we only wanted viewings from purchasers who were on the market after having time wasters last time we sold our property, even someone making a viewing appointment as they wanted to see our kitchen island! We said that we were going away for 3 weeks and did not want the house on the market whilst we were away so we would only be signing up with them for 8 weeks. As the valuer had told us they would have no problem selling at our suggested price then 8 weeks wouldn’t be a problem. We noticed a few days later that instead of signing us up for 8 weeks, as agreed, he had signed us up for 20 weeks, which he didn’t tell us about. However after contacting Minors and Brady they were happy to drop this to two months, as agreed before we signed up. I had plenty of updates from GetAgent but didn’t hear anything from Minors and Brady for the first few weeks. When I rang their office regarding the contract tie in date, I was told how many clicks etc our property had received and he would email the information over, which I never received. Four weeks later we had no one contact us about arranging to come round and see the property so they could see what they were selling, as we were told would happen and still not had one viewing. We had a call from the agents suggesting we drop to offers in between £375,000 and £400,000; so the price had been dropped by £50,000 from their initial suggested valuation in a month despite the valuer saying they would have no problems selling our property at the suggested price! After 5 weeks we received a call to arrange a viewing, I asked what the purchasers situation was, and he asked what I meant, when he was fully aware of what I meant. I said what is the purchasers status. I could tell I was just about to be fed a load of lies by his stuttering. He said let me get his information up on the system. After waiting, he told me where the purchaser lived and said he was on the market. I said I couldn’t do the day he suggested due to furniture being delivered but could do any other day, but pointed out as he hadn’t sold there was no rush. He said that there was a rush as the purchaser was having lots of viewings and lots of viewings booked in so it looks like he will sell over the next few days. I arranged a date a couple of days later. He also asked if I was happy to do the viewing, despite being told initially that they had dedicated staff to carry out the viewings, but as I was keen to have a viewing I agreed to do it. I was very dubious about the information I had been led to believe so checked the details on Rightmove to discover that there was not any properties for sale on the road he had given me. I emailed the manager, who I had to chase for a response, who confirmed that I had been lied to, as I suspected, the purchaser didn’t have his property on the market so he didn’t have a lot of viewings booked in, which is probably why Minors and Brady staff didn’t want to waste their time travelling to me to carry out the viewing but was quite happy for me to waste my time to carry out the valuation. Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with Minors and Brady. What was promised has never materialised and having a member of staff quite blatantly lie to us is totally unacceptable. Even after bringing this to the managers attention I have received no response, so he obviously thinks it is acceptable for members of his staff to lie! Under the circumstances I would not recommend Minor's and Brady

I wouldn't use anyone else, Molyneux estate agents are a lovely family to deal with and always go the extra mile to help.

From the very beginning, Dan was supportive and guided myself and my brother throughout the entire process. He would take time to explain next steps and what was required from us. He was always on hand to ask questions and not once made us feel silly for all of the questions we asked! Dan offered a very competitive rate compared to other estate agents and I would genuinely recommend this company to support you in buying or selling a home. We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to help us through what was a difficult process.
