18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.
20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
24th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We recently moved into the area and Money Properties were managing the house we were buying. Getting everything through exchange was very challenging, with the onward chain (not managed by MP!) causing major delays that split our family apart for 2 months. Throughout the whole process, the Money Properties team, in particular Tracy, worked tirelessly to manage the process and get us into our home. Out of everyone we were dealing with, the MP team fought our corner harder than anyone (and we weren't even their clients!). If you're looking for an estate agent in Wymondham, and want a team that prioritises the people over the properties, use Money Properties. We were so lucky to have them involved in getting us through the last few months. Many thanks to the team - you are all legends.

17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We recently sold our house through William H Brown, to our very first viewing. They went above and beyond, doing extra research when a last minute query came up regarding a tree preservation order, and finding a resolution both parties' solicitors failed to find which enabled us to sell. We were extremely happy with the service we received throughout the entire process. Friendly and helpful people, who couldn't have done more to help. Special thanks to Paul and Noah for all of their support.- 28th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)enquired on a shared ownership property, their advert states its available to purchase with a 5% deposit. And still does currently, this isn't the case as you can never buy a 100% share of the property there are limited lenders who would provide a mortgage and they all require a 10% deposit along with the fees. I had mortgage appointments and was told that it was available with a 5% deposit, was given figures and applied for a mortgage in principal. I was then told that the only option was now a 10% deposit, once i said i couldn't do the 10% deposit contact seized to exist. I have called Kings Lynn branch and Hunstanton branch multiple times and only been able to leave a voicemail with no call back, wrote an email of complaint and was told that the mortgage advisor would be in contact 3 weeks ago. I am still yet to receive a call or an email, i wrote another email of complaint a week ago now and have still had no response. If nothing could be done which i understand, then i would expect at the very least an apology for wasting my time. or an explanation as to why they have continued to advertise the property as being available to buy with a 5% deposit when it is not. I have tried mortgage companies elsewhere and been told the same response about the property only being available to purchase with a 10% deposit as you can never fully own the property. don't waste your time and look at other estate agents, unless you like being ignored or lied to.

He was very easy to talk to and he must be an asset to your company. Our dealings with all your staff has been first class. During the final stages of the sale, Lizzie Barnard, again was excellent at keeping us updated with proceedings, right through to the completion. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul Hubbard estate agent.

He found us a private buyer and achieved a quick sale, with the exchange and completion process proving equally straightforward. The whole experience was as stress-free as selling a home could possibly be.<br><br>Many estate agents promise a lot, as we discovered when we met with three other well-known agencies. Ian, however, genuinely delivers on his promises. They went above and beyond during a particularly hard time as a family and facilitated everything, as we lived at a distance. The manager, Terry, was exceptional. Communication was excellent. Incredibly professional company. Sold bungalow in first viewing. They achieved the commercials recommended prior to listing and assisted with complicated legalities.

When we were under offer Lucy was amazing , she was helpful , efficient , incredibly patient and went the extra mile on almost a daily basis . She most definitely helped keep me sane through those last few months.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend them.
