20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)From the moment I contacted Hannah and the Abbots team to value my property after a messy separation, the service i received for the best part of 3 years was phenomenal, very professional and helpful on every step of the way, took some time because of court orders and difficulties with the ex but have managed to sell the property efficiently and as quickly as humanly possible. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars but I can't. I absolutely highly recommend this team to deal with any property issues no matter what the circumstances, they have felt more like friends then business people. I actually made it the court order for Hannah and her team to deal with my property and they haven't faultered at all, I will miss our weekly phone calls and back and forthing.<br>USE THESE GUYS PEOPLE!!!

18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.- 24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Experienced and helpful staff so genuine a special mention to Josh and Lucy who supported us all the way to a successful sale. 23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I’ve viewed hundreds of properties over the years – from London to Liverpool, Manchester, Cambridge, and Spalding– and met countless estate agents, but this agency has been by far the most friendly and memorable I’ve come across. The very first time I viewed a few properties with them, the agent was wonderfully welcoming – a real breath of fresh air. This was my second time in Spalding viewing properties, and this time round it was Max who showed me the properties over the last two days. Working with him has been equally exceptional. He showed me three properties yesterday and was very kind to arrange a second viewing for one of them today because I had to return to London. Throughout it all, he remained completely patient, and approachable. What impressed me most was his genuine kindness and respect. Unlike many in the industry who can be transactional, judgmental, and impatient – sometimes even making you feel looked down upon depending on your budget – Max treated every property and question with equal care and professionalism. True humility, kindness, and respect have nothing to do with age or how many decades someone has been in the job. Regardless of experience or seniority, many across the industry have a lot to learn from Max about staying grounded and treating every client with genuine respect. If I were selling a property, I would go with this agency without hesitation. Max and his colleagues make people feel truly comfortable and valued, which makes all the difference. Max is a wonderful professional with an exceptional work ethic, and with this attitude, he is going to do brilliantly in whatever he chooses to do. Highly recommended!

This is the sixth time I’ve used them to let one of my properties, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I have given you this review do to the state of the property that your renting out to my young grandson , here a a couple of photos of the work that’s needed , I do know what’s what as I have volunteered for the Cambridge city council for over 12 years + inspecting flats and houses and making sure that there homes are up to a decent standard , there is a policy that the council abide by , a decent homes policy which you don’t seam to have, I will await your response , a person should feel safe in there property , warm and Secure , which I Hasson to point out that if some one put a mind to braking in to his property, on kick of the front door or back would do .

He found us a private buyer and achieved a quick sale, with the exchange and completion process proving equally straightforward. The whole experience was as stress-free as selling a home could possibly be.<br><br>Many estate agents promise a lot, as we discovered when we met with three other well-known agencies. When we were under offer Lucy was amazing , she was helpful , efficient , incredibly patient and went the extra mile on almost a daily basis . She most definitely helped keep me sane through those last few months.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend them.
