The solicitor they recommended, Wilkinson Ward at Brighouse were excellent, which is very rare, as anyone who has had dealings with other conveyancing Solicitors will know only too well. I would not hesitate to use both of them again and to recommend them to others. Thanks to both companies for your great service you were a pleasure to deal with.

Quite a long tricky chain to deal with but Andrew was willing to help keep things moving when others wouldn’t help. Fantastic service, great movie and pictures of the house too. 100% recommend.

However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
