Every question or request I had—no matter how small—was answered quickly and clearly. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent.
28th May 2025 (6 weeks ago)Daniel worked incredibly hard to secure the right tenant for our family property, which wasn’t an easy task. All staff are always polite, helpful and professional and we highly recommend them.
30th Jun 2025 (12 days ago)First impressions good, went downhill after that. Communication ok but lack of interest during the 3 months I was with them. Had 2 investors interested but they didn't ask how much they would pay so when I chased for more information the opportunity had passed. Had to pay to return keys to the letting agent so we could look for another tenant (kept empty to encourage a sale) and then complain as they hadn't returned the whole set. Email the next day to say they were removing the flat from their brochure. Only interested in an easy sale. Would not recommend.

All the team at Pennine are very professional and the process for applying and ending the tenancy was very straightforward with good prompt communication provided. Thank you to Lizzie and her team for a great experience and especially Emily who handled the face to face start and end handovers.

14th May 2025 (8 weeks ago)If you’re selling … I really would look at going with someone else. It all started promising with a swift valuation and the usual marketing. The problems started when they did no vetting on a potential purchaser and it turned out the financials were fraudulent and it cost me 10 weeks and I lost out on a house that I wanted. There was no apology or any sympathy from Gates Estates, things did get better when the new member of staff took over, things seemed a bit more organised but if I was selling again I’d have gone with someone else. I had to accept £10k lower than valuation.

They were professional, helpful, friendly and communicated well throughout the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble. The photographer Tom was amazing and the photographs exceeded our expectations. Tom was friendly, respectful of our home and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Earnshaw Estate Agents if you are thinking of selling your home. ??. 5* is not enough
