18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Richards Estate Agents sold our property, and despite the sales falling through on 3 occasions, Ken found buyers quickly, and was always supportive. We'd recommend Richards over all of the larger estate agents in the area, and would definitely use them again if we ever need to sell a property

As a buyer in a strong position, I was astonished that the person at the office appeared to be entirely disinterested in my enquires, and in fact, was very dismissive. Can I come in without a mask - NO (understandable) Can I register for alerts - NO Does your website have an alert function - NO Do you have any properties within my price bracket - NO and you won’t find anything here at that price, it is Mumbles you know (btw - there are several on the market within my price bracket and I already own one property here). Utterly shocking and unforgivable. Just because the market is buoyant, does not mean that my business isn’t important or valuable.

6th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Fantastic honest service no doubt… Seeing the last review of someone blaming them of scamming of 2600 gbp i was a bit worried but still contacted Faith and co estates ltd. They were very professional in handling the whole process. Had all documents related to the property in black and white…. Were very clear about the whole process from the start to finish… took a non-refundable deposit from us to hold the property for us… gave properly documented receipt of the non-refundable deposit…made things crystal clear…. at the end when we asked about the review from the anonymous person they showed as all the documents signed by the anonymous client who I can clearly see was at fault… HONESTLY ANOTHER VERY GOOD EXAMPLE OF “EVERY COIN HAS TWO SIDES….” NEVER BELIVE STORY OF ONE PERSON…. Especially of a anonymous person who don’t have guts to even mention there name… Good work Faith and Co….. I truly recommend them…

14th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.
