14th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I am writing this review to warn other landlords considering Peter Alan for fully managed letting services.<br><br>My experience as a landlord with their fully managed service has been unacceptable:<br><br>1. Inadequate Property Oversight: Regular, thorough property inspections were severely neglected. When inspections did occur, they were superficial and failed to report obvious issues.<br><br>2. Property Damage Ignored: Direct tenant damage to the property was brushed off and incorrectly dismissed as "normal wear and tear," leaving me with the responsibility and cost.<br><br>3. Zero Communication & Ignored Grievances: Emails went unanswered for extended periods. Formal complaints regarding their poor management standards were routinely ignored.<br><br>4. Financial & Accounting Errors: Statements contained accounting inaccuracies, and fees were charged for services that were never requested or agreed upon.<br><br>5. Failure to Release Account: When I formally terminated our contract due to their fundamental breach of service duties, they refused to acknowledge the termination or cooperate with the handover to my new agent, continuing to attempt to issue automated demands.- 9th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Alex has been amazing throughout the sale of my Mums property. If ever anything needed doing her team were straight on it and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend Kimberley and her team.

18th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Richards Estate Agents sold our property, and despite the sales falling through on 3 occasions, Ken found buyers quickly, and was always supportive. We'd recommend Richards over all of the larger estate agents in the area, and would definitely use them again if we ever need to sell a property
27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We used SA property as Ben was straight talking, to the point, and personable. Our house was put up and we had accepted an offer within a week. Communication was great from both Ben and Sophia and we couldn't have asked for more from them!

The team was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout, with clear communication and an efficient approach. Everything was handled smoothly and with care, making the whole process straightforward. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property service in the Swansea area.

22nd Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We currently use White and Jones as letting agents for our rental properties and used for selling a property. I also have few properties with a national company and there is no comparison in the level of service that White and Jones provide. All the staff go above and beyond to help and all services/ maintenance are dealt with by local people in a local office. Your call is always answered and your email responded too. Keep up the good work!
30th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)I instructed Sullivans in April 2025 while heavily pregnant and removed the property from the market in July 2025 shortly after giving birth, so clear communication was especially important. While my experience started positively, communication deteriorated towards the end of the process. Following my decision to relist with another agent, I received correspondence that I found unnecessarily aggressive in tone and which contained information that did not match my understanding of events. When I requested clarification, I did not receive a response. The experience left a sour taste and I would not use Sullivans again.<br><br>Update in response:<br>As stated in response to your email (which was ignored) viewing was not ever confirmed or booked in for the final viewing (as per the screenshot I sent in my email). Your statement that anything was cancelled is untrue. I was not obligated to share what happened next as I was out of contract with you. Thanks ??????- 21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Superb

Throughout the whole process, Gareth has been nothing but open, honest, supportive and professional. We’ve had a bit of an up-and-down journey with property sales, through no fault of anyone’s, but Gareth has been there every step of the way, offering reassurance, advice and support whenever we’ve needed it. The sale of our other property went through smoothly, and Gareth was absolutely amazing throughout. His communication has been second to none. He’s always kept us updated, been completely transparent and, if there was ever something he didn’t know, he made sure he found out and came back to us. What really sets Gareth apart is that he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. You’re not just another sale to him. He’s gone above and beyond for us, and what started as a professional relationship has turned into a genuine friendship. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he’s done for us, particularly through some of the more challenging moments. An absolutely brilliant estate agent and an even better person.
