Would recommend.- 2nd Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)I bought my house with Dawsons Sketty in 2011 and they were fab. So when I came to sell it, I contacted them. Alison came round to value the house, and she was so enthusiastic and nice about my home - it was an easy choice to pick them to sell it. They kept in contact with me regularly, providing feedback after every viewing. Even when I had an offer (quite quickly too!), they maintained regular communication with me up to this week when I exchanged contracts. Their team is attentive, nice, and seems to really care about their clients. They are also very proactive and happy to help move along solicitors and the infamous "chain". Thank you Sharon, Alison, Selina, and team! You are all superstars.

16th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)Had an amazing experience viewing a property where I met Samuel Marmont at the door of the property where he was smart and approachable and friendly were he introduced himself and welcomed me into the property where he was very knowledgeable of the property and friendly and professional. He explained everything to what the property has to offer and what the land lords are like. I would highly recommend use John Francis and Samuel marmont to be someone you deal with.

The staff were not only professional but also very friendly and approachable, always ready to answer my questions and keep me updated throughout the entire process. Their dedication and efficiency were truly impressive.
23rd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Got promised a house all the way till I went to sign the dotted line and they realised I was disabled and my partner wasn't Welsh. They discriminate against race and disabled people. Every single house I've applied for even the new listing they say there all let. To stop a disabled or nor non Welsh person renting- 19th Apr 2024 (25 weeks ago)Buying and selling houses is a very stressful experience but the agents at Dawsons were exceptional, especially Mo Rabab. They were supportive, knowledgable and competent quickly able to provide someone to do an EPC for me and suggesting an excellent surveyor. I highly recommend this Estate Agent to make your move as stress-free as it can be.
- 13th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Extremely disappointing…Started off excellently, then they got bought out twice (by Countrywide, then Connoll’s, I understand) and I barely heard from them afterwards. Their great Mortgage adviser also left, plus her replacement who didn’t let me know, in which time interest rates went up. Their newest in-house mortgage adviser in Killay is fantastic, however and really helped us out, I would highly recommend her. Relatives of mine also listed their property with JF Sketty before the service nosedived and they’ve had an even worse experience, now causing huge inconvenience and worry. I would absolutely avoid and go to Belvoir Sketty instead, whom I cannot fault. It’s very rare indeed that I feel compelled to leave a bad review but feel strongly that people should be aware, not to lose a lot of time and have to deal with lot of stress, if nothing else. It’s a real shame as the initial staff (whom I assume mostly left) were superb and I see that previous reviews on here recognise this.

After my last tenant moved out I decided to use Peter Alan Morriston branch to fully manage my rental property. Since day one Joseph Johns has made the whole process so easy for me. He found a tenant within days of the property going on the market and sorted everything so the tenants were able to move in as soon as the house was ready. I would highly recommend Joe for his friendly and professional manner and I know that he is always there to answer any questions I have. I feel so much more relaxed knowing that my rental property is being managed by Joe and the team at Peter Alan Morriston branch.

10th Sep 2024 (30 days ago)Just sold my house with no86 , I would like to thank no86 estate agents they were amazing from start to finish of the process of selling my house , All the team members at no86 were there for me from the very first time I walked in to the shop to ask them about how to value my house, they valued the house listed it and then sold it within a short time . The process of the sale was so simple and they kept me updated throughout the process of the sale I can’t thank them enough. I would like to say a massive thank you to Meg your are amazing being there for me from stat to finish the help and support you give me through the process. I would definitely recommend them and would use no 86 if I was to sell a house again. Can not thank them enough Chris.

30th Sep 2024 (10 days ago)Viewed and bought our first home with Steve, fantastic estate agent. Steve was very welcoming, his professionalism was second to none. Steve made us feel at ease as we were both first time buyers he really knew his stuff we didn't feel rushed when viewing the house he made sure we viewed everything. Steve was always on hand to answer any questions we had and even when everything had completed he's messaged to check in just to make sure we have settled in ok and if there was anything else he could help us with. The best estate agent we have ever dealt with to be honest. Sullivans are lucky to have Steve. Thank you for everything Steve. Highly recommended to everyone. Jess & David

We used many other local estate agents before turning to Calow Evans for help in February. We had an offer within three weeks and completed in 5 months.
