They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. We would definitely recommend Fisher German and shall certainly use them again in the future if there is a need, they definitely go above and beyond!- 13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Fisher Germain and Helen in particular have been absolutely magnificent in every step of the process of Victoria and I getting to live in an amazing cottage in a beautiful English village. I have driven through Bostock Green on so many occasions and often day dreamed about living there and now I get to do that. Helen has been fantastic from letting us know it had come back on the market to the first viewing through to the handing over of the keys. Victoria and I are looking forward to spending many years living here and integrating ourselves into the local community.

14th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.

He explained in detail how the process of selling works and also buying our next property. He was very informative. The pictures he took were outstanding!! The office staff have kept us updated throughout & again so polite and professional. Lovely people, lovely company!!

11th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)At the time of marketing I discussed whether the property required any work and was told no. Based on 1 feedback out of 3 viewings I was told the property needed a ‘deep clean’. Then it was suggested to drop the price dramatically to get more viewings. I suggested if that was the case, they must have got the valuation wrong but there was no acceptance of that and the feedback didn’t make any sense. I felt they were after a quick turnaround to make the commission. I consulted another agent who suggested the pricing was correct and could not see a reason why I was not getting viewings.

Unit 6 Hammond Court Hammond Avenue,Whitehill Industrial Estate,Stockport, SK4 1PQ(13 reviews)2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Been great for me, but I'm no moaning mini, little jobs get done by myself, any other issues are sorted in amicable time, Colin and Mike are great down to earth and any issues usually have replies within 24 hrs( fine with most normal people) landlord on the other hand is charging the "going rate" for a property that is not the standard but it's an ok area, it does need windows doing, damp sorting properly, carpets stained from previous leaks etc but again nothing major, and wpf deal with it all via landlord ???? Will definitely use wpf for all our future rents etc, Can't fault wpf , it's the landlords that take time deciding on any fixes or repairs, bear that in mind ????

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

Daniel assisted with the initial valuation and demonstrated excellent market knowledge and a great understanding of our needs as vendors. Georgia was friendly, helpful and very proactive in her approach to communication throughout the process. She quickly arranged a substantial block of viewings, obtained several strong offers, and provided regular updates and reassurance throughout the sale. A very smooth and professional process from start to finish, with regular updates and always available to answer questions.
