Throughout the tenancy Jacqueline Marchant – Currie has been amazing making sure we're kept up to date on issues and changes as well as just being very approachable and earnest, she really did make renting an easier experience. Would recommend above many other rental agencies we've used in the past
6th Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)At the start they were fantastic. Giving us advice on the value to market at was poor and we ended up Going with my recommendation. Negotiation with offers was terrible. Overall I was really disappointed and left wondering why I am paying them a fee. I felt like no one wanted to work for my sale - just take the first offer. However, we are also buying from Richard James and Alex from the wroughton office has been outstanding

The images were taken and my house was on the market the next day and was sold within two weeks.All the staff were brilliant.Thanks to everyone involved.
21st Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Never again go with Haart I had 9 complaints with them. Communication, serious breach, being told that the other offices were too busy to answer the phone. EPC was never done, but used other people's to hide the fact I got out the contract early due to all the errors from them.

Was very honest and transparent. They did the very best they could with the current climate. Myself and my siblings are very grateful of a positive outcome. Thanks to Ian and Ollie and the team. Would definitely go with them again in the future.

He took time with the brochure, taking excellent photographs and writing thoughtful descriptions detailing the distinct character of our home. He is highly professional; he listened to our needs and responded well at every stage of the process.
15th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Lyon LACKS the professionalism, communication, timeliness and responsibility towards its clients. As a buyer, i was left hanging and disappointed and if I were a seller, I doubt I would list my property with this irresponsible company. 20th Mar - I called to enquire on a 2 Bedroom flat posted on Zoopla. Call answered promptly by Gaurav Sekri and viewing appointment was made for the 22nd Mar 12:15PM with Rahool Sekri. 22nd Mar - I arrived promptly for the viewing and was made to wait for close to 30 minutes. Rahool lacked professionalism and was not apologetic at all for arriving late – there was neither a text/email to say that he was delayed. 23rd Mar - I put the offer for the flat via email. No reply or acknowledgement 25th Mar - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Rahool replied with a confirmation. 28th Mar - I sent an email to check on the update on my offer. Rahool replied for me to call which i did. I was told that he would provide an update on 5th Apr. The expectation from Rahool was for me to share if had found something and my expectation was the same for Lyon to share an update on my offer. 5th Apr - As there was no email/call from Rahool, i called Rahool hoping to get an update. My call was rejected and i received a text message that he will give me a call back. No call back received. 8th Apr - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Till date, I have not received any reply. I have concluded that my offer was potentially rejected by the seller however there should have been some form of communication from Lyon. It is irresponsible and unacceptable to leave clients hanging. They have lost a potential client and if i were you, i would not use Lyon! Stay away!
22nd Oct 2020 (3 years ago)Just brilliant. Constant communication. Leave a message with Alex and he rings back within the hour. From the outset, there was no bull about a list of twenty people waiting to view just a clear plan on how to best market the property. Photos arranged and then marketed appropriately, not just on Rightmove. Viewings limited to proceedable buyers so the quality of viewings resulted in a 3 day sale.
16th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)I have used Primary Homes and Lettings for a rental property for 10 years and now to sell the property. In this time that have been nothing but professional and efficient at a reasonable price. Dean and Tamlin have always been easy to contact and I could not of asked for anything more from an agent. A fantastic service with no aggravation ever and I would highly recommend. Thank you Primary, Tamlin and Dean

In reply to your response there is no confusion on our part only on your part, the guy in question could not really be bothered with us, total waste of space as a estate agent don't go there.?

30th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Really pleased with Bettermove, they sold my tenanted property to an investor within 10 days of listing it. Everything they promised they delivered on. Great communictaion and nice to speak to someone outside of office hours too. 5 stars!!
12th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)We had arranged to rent a property through them following a video viewing due to where we were at the time and having been assured it had a secure garden for our dog and that it had outside storage as no garage at the property.. both were essential. We paid a substantial holding deposit that has never been refunded even though following a niggling gut instinct that saw us driving 4 hrs to check the property before moving in date saw us discover that in fact the garden was open between the property and the next door property allowing our dog to get through into a public lane that led to a main road or a huge public recreation area, there was no external storage at all, the property had not been decorated in years and windowsills actually had huge chunks of paint missing, the back door had a huge hole in it and the kitchen units were in a dire state.... the current tenants also advised us that the carpets were going as were theirs.... The video never showed us any of this.... It's been a valuable lesson learned..

Can’t fault the experience I had with them and would highly recommend. Professional, helpful and not arrogant like most estate agents - was a refreshing change- This agent doesn't have any reviews
