We were very impressed with EweMove and how proactive they were in getting the ew advert done quickly with lovely new photos and some follow up nudges via social media and additional aerial shots. Jo was great - responsive and very good with the viewings, going above and beyond when we were away to make sure our house was presentable in advance of people coming round! Overall very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend EweMove to others.

25th Jun 2025 (13 days ago)It took us 2 weeks to get going with the market details, but - yeah - our property was sold within 6 weeks (the area was not very favourable). The agent is very articulate and upbeat and most of all, I appreciate their auction Open day - like/ same time viewing strategy, alongside a "Beat the portals" initial moment, when buyers can access a property before if goes out onto the market. Very approachable and humane, compared to others. Confident, but not arrogant. I really appreciate that.

24th Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)Bought a house through Richard James, the person who showed the house was nice. But after I was handed to Danny, he applied pressure and pushed us to use ASAP Assured Sale and Progression. Informing us that the sellers were going to use this too so it would make the process easier. This was not the case, not only did the sellers not use ASAP but ASAP were the worst solicitors I’ve ever seen. They wrote inaccurate reports, didn’t respond to messages or read documents sent to them. I can only assume that Danny recommended them so he could get further commissions. When it came to the day of collecting the keys, the agency didn’t even bother to meet me in person. Instead opting to leave the keys with the building receptionist and washing their hands.
9th Jun 2025 (29 days ago)I viewed a property with Tim this week. I was able to take my time in the property, look around as much as I needed, and ask lots of questions. Many other estate agents make the process feel rushed and this was a much better experience. Tim also gave me some good general advice which as a first time buyer was much appreciated. The booking process was quick and easy, and they proactively followed up with me.
