They were informative and professional from the get-go and Nikki kept in touch with us pre-purchase. while the purchase was going through Phil nursed it along and handled the slow and uncooperative solicitors very well. Communication was great - highly recommend.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. Most estate agents dont vet people enough, you end up having every man and his dog to view your property, well, Roman’s ensure it’s only serious buyers they have view your property, chasing leads and putting in the leg work! Jordan and Jake were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, always on hand to answer our questions, no matter how silly they must of been. I can’t recommend these estate agents enough, really felt like they cared about selling our home, they even got us above the asking price.

8th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.
