20th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)I find Lets Rent an excellent rental agency, finding good tenants and managing my property well. Always speedy, expert service. Make them your first port of call, when renting in the Southampton area!
16th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Appalling service. We signed up with these awful agents for 20 weeks! What a nightmare . Sam over priced our home but we went with what he suggested. Weeks on with no viewings I called him, I emailed him, I left messages with staff. At one time I called and was told Sam and his manager were out delivering leaflets! That’s the type of rubbish they tell you!( or it could be true!) We wanted our price lowered as they valued it too high. They ignored our requests completely. They are appalling. I even left a message to tell them what a discussing service they were. Not one person called back to at least try to talk it through! We are planning on selling and will be back on the market when the time is right and we have already found our agent to market our home. She’s completely different to Sam from fox and sons. No bull. Just plain talking. I say be very careful if you sign a contract with these awful estate agents. They will ignore you. Appalling service from Sam and Millie.However, on the flip of the coin I would like to thank them whole heartedly as now I have learnt a very hard lesson as to not get sucked into the bull that falls out of some peoples mouths.
19th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Henshaw Fox was not an agent known to me and their premises are not on the main shopping street of the town BUT they are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept us in the loop at all times even when we away from home. They quickly had all marketing completed for on line sites and photos available.
22nd Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)White and Guard were really friendly and efficient, communicating with us on a regular basis and really made us feel they were committed and interested in selling our property.

Viewers even before we went online, offers within the first week, superb negotiation, even better negotiation after the results of the buyers survey (!). Great after sale care. Excellent value for money- saved us many thousands during the renegotiations in fact. Put our needs first. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10

Very helpful, kept in touch throughout the sale and achieved it quickly and efficiently. Streets above his competitors & would highly recommend (& use him again if he were in my new area!)
