5th Jun 2025 (18 days ago)I used Bridgford's tenant finding service & I'm very pleased that I decided to go with them after obtaining quotes from other agents. The rate was competitive & Kieran was very knowledgeable. He gave me lots of advice about the current letting regs & had confidence that I could obtain a great rental value for my property. They promptly advertised the house & within 3 days I had secured tenants. Extensive checks were carried out to reduce the likelihood of any issues arising. My tenants have now moved in & seem lovely. I would recommend Bridgfords & specifically Kieran & would definitely use them again.

Matt Slater was brilliant making home visits and putting any doubts at ease at the start of the progress, the girls in the office kept us up to date with progress they were all very kind, Vicky and Rebecca were brilliant, cant thank you all enough for making it a happy experience. Would certainly recommend them.
17th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)It is hard when you have the agents out to differentiate - but only when it's all gone through do you realise what these agents do. On hand to answer and reassure throughout, there were sticking points in the chain and they helped through all of that process. Not the highest figures quoted on valuations, but we still achieved what we wanted, and their honest advice got us the best offer with the easiest process. Honesty, occassionally not what we wanted to hear, and transparency was key to getting us to where we are today. Thanks again.

In addition to the properties we shortlisted to view, Orianne also recommended a few more that we might like. It was such a lovely experience looking for properties with Chancellors and Orianne.
