10th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)5 stars doesn’t quite do my experience justice, I dealt with Beccy throughout my purchase and I can’t thank her enough. As a first time buyer, Beccy has been the most helpful person I could have wished to deal with. She answered every question I asked no matter how silly, spent hours of her time pushing for completion on my behalf when I felt like I was getting nowhere and was a genuinely nice person to deal with during the most stressful time.

10th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)One of the oddest experiences I've had in awhile, from the moment our listing went live we've had numerous issues with things being missing from the listing and then having to wait a week at a time for them to be added. Garage missing from the floor plan, bathroom missing from the overview, entire internal specifications missing from the description and then a month down the line noticing the EPC was never added even though we've got a valid EPC. The frustrating thing is that all of the above information was given before the listing went on and it was all still disregarded. When we emailed regarding our disappointment in the whole process and the fact we might want to take our listing down because it had been inaccurate for so long, it was gone within 24 hours with no response to our email. You can clearly see where priorities lay here.
16th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)We have just completed the purchase of a property and can honestly say the service from beginning to end was exceptional. We did experience a few issues along the way, but Charlie assisted with everything from chasing up solicitors to finding out additional information that was needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

15th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Should not be allowed to operate the way that they do, withholding extremely important & legally required to disclose information about the state of a property from potential buyers until a price has already been negotiated. Comes across as completely dishonest and deceitful.

I really felt that they were working for me rather than simply trying to turn around the property quickly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone of my friends.

She’s been fantastic with helping us secure the property we wanted. Providing so much information and knowledge with both our viewings of the property. She really knew what it was we were after and made what was a stressful situation for us feel a lot easier. She really is a credit to the company.
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
15th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)My experience after renting a home through Connells Stafford branch for 5 years!!! Was appalling. We left the property for the branch to attempt to charge us illegal fees (tenancy renewal fees made illegal in 2019 and the fee the reckon was from 2020 but attempting to charge us for it in 2024 when we decide to leave the property…). The office staff do not seem to communicate. Helens attitude is absolutely appalling, how she works in customer service is beyond me (I have also seen other reviews about Helen’s attitude towards customers). Months of back and forth arguing over the attempt of them taking illegal fees from my rental deposit could have all been avoided with some simple customer service training and communication within the office. The only helpful member of staff I found was Megan but even then it always seemed she to be rushed off her feet. (probably clearing other staff members messes up). Overall I would just avoid Connells Stafford for rentals as there is plenty of better estate agencies within Stafford which abide by the rules on letting out properties and are probably more professional and customer friendly
