The communication has been excellent, Alex has been helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process. Tina who did the viewings also very helpful.<br><br>Although the purchase has not completed yet,I have appreciated their support and assistance so far and hope everything continues to go smoothly through to completion.<br><br>Would definitely recommend based on our experience to date.

We absolutely loved the property and decided to proceed with the holding deposit.<br><br>Sophie then handled the next stage of the process and has been equally helpful, professional and efficient throughout. Today, we received confirmation that the property is officially ours to move into, and we honestly couldn’t be happier!<br><br>Having rented properties previously, we can honestly say we have never experienced a process that has been so quick, straightforward and stress-free. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, which has made what can usually be a very stressful experience incredibly easy.<br><br>A huge thank you to Simon and Sophie for making the whole process such a positive experience. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

4th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."- 5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)A very professional agency that is attentive to the tenant's needs. 9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He and his team put in a huge amount of time, effort, and dedication to help sell my house. The property was sold three times, and I had a lot of offers on houses I was buying that he dealt with professionally. My house also had something on the searches that he took in his stride in a more calm manner then other estate agents I've dealt with yet still following all the correct legal requirements.<br>Throughout the process, Steve was hardworking, and always went the extra mile. His communication, commitment, and determination were outstanding. I truly appreciate all the work he put in and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
