From the viewing, throughout the process (which was incredibly quick!) they have been absolutely fantastic! Simon and the team were brilliant and kept us informed throughout each stage! My family and I are very happy and would highly recommend Bridgfords to anybody! Best agents in Stafford Thanks so much!
1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

Thank you for taking the time to reply but looking at your previous responses to other disgruntled customers, you appear to be not the best at taking criticism nor accepting poor performance on your part. Good day to you.
4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."- 27th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Very impressed with the service from Dourish & Day in Penkridge from start to finish. Always kept informed and with viewings and offers being logged on an app it means you can easily keep track of everything. Would recommend and use again for sure.
23rd Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Recently, we successfully sold a property in Cannock, Staffordshire. Liam handled the entire sale process, from the initial enquiry to completion. His professionalism, unwavering support, and particularly his assistance to our first-time buyer, enabled us to complete the transaction more expeditiously than anticipated. Liam was always available to respond promptly to our inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to resolving any concerns efficiently. We can’t praise Liam enough for the work he did on this sale. 10/10 We insisted that Liam work on this sale for us because we were unable to collaborate with Heidi due to her ineffectiveness in handling fundamental tasks. Consequently, we lost our initial sale, which ultimately fell through because she failed to exercise the necessary diligence and attention in ensuring the successful completion of the first sale.
