27th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)WARNING DO NOT USE COUND Wandsworth. We have been on both ends of them renting on our behalf where they could not rent out the Tonsleys cottage at market rate in the busiest rental market ever in London. They are never around to take calls and the office is mostly closed. We did some test calls and they were never returned. We've also had the unfortunate circumstance of being lied to throughout closing a tenancy which has cost us thousands of pounds as we tried to buy a family home with a new born. They can not be trusted so if your a tenant avoid at all costs. BE WARNED!

5th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)**AVOID** Absolutely shocking! This company is not professional at all. We went into look at a potential property to rent and was met by a very pleasant staff member. We book a viewing for a couple of days time and were met by a older man who was late! When asking about the property we were given SHORT SHARP answers and were made to feel like we had put him out by asking to view the place. The whole experience was RUSHED!!! If I could give 0 star I would! * AVOID! *
8th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)I had an awful experience with this agency. When we were in the process of renting a property with them, they never answered any questions. 0 attentive or helpful. When we began the process and paid the holding deposit, the person in charge told us we were rejected and didn't proceed to tell us why. Just completely left us hanging. But like this wasn't enough, they took more than a month to refund us for the holding deposit. We had to call every week pressuring them to get our money back. Also went through the fact that they barely ever answered the phone calls, messages, voicemails or emails. At the end of the day, I'm glad we didn't get this property because I couldn't deal with service like this any longer.
5th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)We rented a property through John G Dean in Earlsfield for around 4 years. As a property agent our experience was very postive. It's rarely if ever a choice as to who manages your rental property, but it makes a real difference when you get a good one and can rely on them to communicate effectively and react to any issues in a timely and helpful manner. We would recommend John G Dean.
1st May 2024 (18 days ago)Laylah Pendlebury helped me so much to turn my dream of once again having a flat in Chelsea. I loved every interaction I had with Laylah, she was smart and on the ball. She was incredibly customer focused, quick and attentive, with a lovely attitude and sense of humour. Laylah’s administrative input was seamless and I liked Wilford’s no fuss approach to navigating the references and legal contract signing. Laylah is a great listener, always keen to help and she quickly resolved the few minor concerns that I brought up, for example ensuring that all lights were on dimmer switches. I liked Laylah’s to the point style of communication, as well as always remaining super courteous and polite. Laylah delivered an outstanding service for me, and I could not be happier with my new flat. I would recommend Laylah and Wilfords to all of my friends for taking the stress out of finding a London rental.

27th May 2016 (7 years ago)I had a great experience with John D Wood & Co. while on the hunt for a property to rent in Clapham. Jessica Richards was my point of contact, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful from the get-go! She listened to our requirements and sent through property options that met our needs. She was also really great at following up with us after viewings to get our feedback, which enabled her to tailor her search for us even more effectively. Despite the fact we ended up finding a property through a different agency, I would highly recommend John D Wood & Co. to anyone!

Selling a property is never easy but the Alex & Matteo team have always been very approachable and happy to help. Approaching the sales with a positive attitude they always manage to achieve great results and make me feel confident throughout the process. I moved back to the US last June and unfortunately I am struggling to find brokers with the same positivity and good energy.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.

2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)Really above and beyond Dan helped us sell our first house, and was already really helpful in our search for our second house. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the market and really went above and beyond to help us through ever step. He found our buyers within a week of listing and achieved a price we were all happy with. While our completion was ultimately delayed, this was due to other parties in the chain and Dan remained on the front foot throughout.
