There is no need to look elsewhere - since the team is very stable and a pleasure to deal with, they have become more like trusted advisers. When there is an issue, Daphne does thorough research, presents a recommendation and explains why. I use this as an example of how to treat all clients!

Jason and Jason's decades of experience in Battersea and SW London was invaluable throughout the whole process. They understood what we wanted, were extremely efficient and friendly in communication, and were always on the end of the phone - no problem was too big or too small. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking to sell in the area.

10th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)I had heard bad things about Foxton's from the media and a friend, but I have to say that both Beth and Jenna were fantastic and provided a top notch service. I had a lot of issues with my conveyencer and Jenna was incredibly helpful and professional and got my purchase over the line. Excellent communication and very proactive. Would definitely recommend.
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I rented an apartment in the credential, they did everything they could to deduct all the money from us when we left, we paid professionals to clean the apartment, I almost died with the bathroom glass falling on me, they even deducted it saying it was my fault for not having been warned before and on the day the bathroom glass fell I was having a shower and they were warned, they even deducted the mark on the wardrobe rug from my deposit, beware of them, Ollie is grossly rude, they deducted a further £100 per a light bulb that wasn't changed and they even deducted the rubbish we left in the stored bin. Don't waste your time, I don't recommend them.

1st May 2024 (2 days ago)Laylah Pendlebury helped me so much to turn my dream of once again having a flat in Chelsea. I loved every interaction I had with Laylah, she was smart and on the ball. She was incredibly customer focused, quick and attentive, with a lovely attitude and sense of humour. Laylah’s administrative input was seamless and I liked Wilford’s no fuss approach to navigating the references and legal contract signing. Laylah is a great listener, always keen to help and she quickly resolved the few minor concerns that I brought up, for example ensuring that all lights were on dimmer switches. I liked Laylah’s to the point style of communication, as well as always remaining super courteous and polite. Laylah delivered an outstanding service for me, and I could not be happier with my new flat. I would recommend Laylah and Wilfords to all of my friends for taking the stress out of finding a London rental.

Dan, the estate agent I met during a viewing, was not only nice but also incredibly professional, offering valuable advice throughout. His assistance didn't stop at the viewing. He actively supported me while putting forward my offer and efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork. Thanks to Dan's swift actions, within a week from the initial viewing, I had the keys to my new place. I'm very grateful for his understanding of my urgency to move in quickly. I highly recommend Dan and the company for their exceptional service and commitment to helping clients swiftly transition into their new homes.

Patrick and Dylan were absolutely flawless - they guided us through an unexpectedly complicated sale which had to go through probate after the offer had been accepted with ease. They were knowledgeable, professional and quite frankly the best estate agents we've ever come across. They organised access whenever required, provided support to both us and the vendors and the listing of the property was accurate and helpful.

As a landlord, efficient, responsive, open & transparent and they don't take commission / kickbacks on repairs (which the main agents do and always fail to mention - hence why I moved to Radstock). As a vendor they worked tirelessly going above and beyond, especially as the property had a few quirks to iron out! Can't recommend this firm more highly.

Georgie was highly knowledgeable, professional and experienced and the difference compared to other high street agents was clear to see. Once on the market Susie was phenomenal - a true expert in the local area, but also in negotiation, and in skilfully acting as a liaison between all sides - she really goes above and beyond. I could not fault Petras and would recommend them to anyone.
