They had previously been our rental agents and had a good knowledge of the property and the area. Any questions were dealt with quickly and Vicky, in particular, was extremely helpful in making sure the sale proceeded as smoothly as possible. I have no hesitation in recomending the Portico team.

Special thank you to James Smith who was always so quick to come back to any emails we sent, and fix any issues efficiently. He offered us some great advice throughout and we are extremely grateful! We were able to completely rely on James and the team, and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Clapham/Balham area.

We found her exceptional at her job. She was knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills, and was great at navigating difficult situations and discussions. Would highly recommend this company.

We trusted the advice and the communication with us and the buyers was excellent, prompt and reassuring throughout. KFH were effective and efficient - it was as smooth as possible considering the task at hand.

He really took the time to understand the property and price it just right, and immediately had buyers in mind who would be interested. We had a rocky time with solicitors on both sides and Tom acted as an invaluable go-between, keeping the wheels turning and keeping all parties informed - making things far less painful than they might otherwise have been!- 22nd Aug 2024 (6 mo. ago)I’ve been dealing with Douglas & Gordon for the last 2 weeks and couldn’t have asked for a swifter process. She was open and candid from the get go, with no pretence or over the top sales pitch. She was patient as we negotiated and looked through final details with the solicitors. Always quick to understand delays, and to help speed things along from her side too. Her support was vital, and she guided us through the process easily. They were highly professional but also personable and made the process, even when changing tenants very easy. I had no hesitation asking them to act for me when I decided to sell. They gave a great service and advice. I always felt they understood what I wanted and acted with my best interests at heart. I woukd highly recommend the team for either managing or buying/selling properties.

When we couldn’t view the property initially, Tom went above and beyond to share more details of the flat and arranged a viewing for us for a more convenient time the following day. The buying process went smoothly albeit a little longer than expected. 20th Aug 2024 (6 mo. ago)Had a viewing booked with michael i believe, can’t remember his name, was say waiting at the property for 20minutes and noone was picking up the phones or bothered to notify me of any changes, very unprofessional and rude to waste a clients time. My husband and i took time of work only for it to be a waste.
