29th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)Having sold our previous property through the excellent service of another branch of Savills, we registered with the Telford branch to search for a purchase in this area. Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.

10th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)One of the oddest experiences I've had in awhile, from the moment our listing went live we've had numerous issues with things being missing from the listing and then having to wait a week at a time for them to be added. Garage missing from the floor plan, bathroom missing from the overview, entire internal specifications missing from the description and then a month down the line noticing the EPC was never added even though we've got a valid EPC. The frustrating thing is that all of the above information was given before the listing went on and it was all still disregarded. When we emailed regarding our disappointment in the whole process and the fact we might want to take our listing down because it had been inaccurate for so long, it was gone within 24 hours with no response to our email. You can clearly see where priorities lay here.

They gave us excellent advice, represented us well and communicated well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Others take your call with a serious enquiry about a property, take all your details and ask you to confirm it by email, and never bother to call you back if the outcome hasn't been positive and they are not set to make money out of you. Sadly, this agency belongs to the second category.
2nd Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)Having recently moved to the Telford area, we were unsure about what agent to use when selling our property, when a friend said Harwoods had been very helpful in the past we thought we'd try them. I booked the valuation in with Patrick, and Ben attended and carried out the valuation, they got the property straight on the market and booked viewings in right away. Various members of the team did viewings, and each time we were given booking details etc and given feedback on the viewings when necessary.the house soon went under offer and the team helped manage the sale right to completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending harwoods to anyone. A pleasure to deal with.

Peter was one of the most charming, warm-natured and helpful sales negotiators I have ‘ever’ had the pleasure to discuss properties with. A wonderful presence throughout and an absolute pleasure to have had in-depth discussions with…….so much so, that you feel you’re the only person that matters! What a credit Peter is to HB???? Shan’t forget about ??

24th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.
