10th Feb 2025 (9 mo. ago)Shocking .....the admin staff are officious rude and insulting... they hide in the bushes with cameras policing a shared car park like vipers... but this sort of behaviours may be needed in your defthe court room. ???? personally I would use another firm.
11th Sep 2025 (9 weeks ago)???? Formal / Public Warning Version ?? PUBLIC WARNING: ATTIC FLAT, PARK LANE HOUSE, HIGH STREET, WELSHPOOL ?? This flat is unfit for habitation and should be avoided at all costs. The property suffers from severe mold, inadequate water supply (a tiny electric tank that runs cold within minutes), freezing conditions due to gaps in the floorboards, and an infested bedroom window that attracts swarms of flies. The bathroom is cold and unhygienic, while the electricity system is outrageously expensive: £50 lasts only 4 hours without heating. There is no gas supply, making this an exceptionally costly and impractical property. Tenants consistently leave within weeks. The landlord refuses to carry out repairs or improvements, leaving the property in a hazardous and substandard condition. This flat is unsafe, unaffordable, and unsuitable for anyone to live in. Renters are strongly advised to avoid this property.

However we couldn't have been more wrong, our house sold within 3 days, and here we are 10 weeks later having exchanged contracts and about to move into our new property. 27th Aug 2025 (12 weeks ago)I am not qualified to review Halls as an organisation, but I am eminently qualified to review the help given to me by the delightful member of staff who dealt with my consignment, which was directly connected with Stalag Luft III and the Great Escape. If other members of staff at Halls share even half the fine attributes of Caroline Dennard, then I suspect that the organisation itself deserves five stars too. At a very difficult time in my life, following the death of my wife, Caroline was unstinting in her labours, her empathy and her professionalism. She did more to honour the memory of the remarkable wartime RAF officer, whose memorabilia I was reluctantly having to sell, than I could ever have hoped for, even arranging for additional research by Doctor Steve Bond. Her hard work and kindness both yielded great dividends, for she not only helped soothe my suffering soul, but also bettered the auction's guide price. Most important, she put my beloved step-father's memory and medals into the hands of someone who would understand and value them.

3rd Nov 2025 (13 days ago)Needing a valuation for Probate, I called Holland Broadbridge last Saturday afternoon to arrange an appointment. They were extremely obliging, and an appointment was made for 2 days later, at the start of the week. Alex punctually arrived and was both professional and sensitive in his approach. His demeanour put us all at ease quickly. He diligently set about the valuation, whilst engaging us in meaningful discussion. Later the same day, I received the valuation he had provided us in writing by email. The service I and my family have recieved from Hollan Broadbridge is nothing short of excellent in all aspects!
