We found him to be realistic, candid, professional and personable. He was willing to go the extra mile to help us in selling the property, kept us well informed throughout the sale and was always available for advice when needed. We would highly recommend him and his team.
14th Mar 2024 (26 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

9th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)Completely inactive. I had to chase them constantly. Calls not returned, forms not posted. They took so long that eventually my mum's capacity to agree to the PoA came into question and I was made to jump through hoops with my mums GP to protect THEIR license. Go somewhere else. addendum: Please don't hide behind the law society. This only became an issue because you took so long and needed constant chasing.

27th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)Our overall experience was totally unsatisfactory. We never received a single enquiry, phone call or any other contact of any kind. We therefore instructed Taits to take our house of the market as we were totally disalusioned with the entire situation, especially as our offer for the house we fancied was accepted on condition that we recieved offers for ours. We have therefore advised Taits of our dissatisfaction and we have now decided to stay put. As they say in live, you live and learn. ??????

20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)We chose James Agent to sell our property over other more established agents in our area because we felt they offered a fresh perspective, their fees are very reasonable however they don’t compromise on service. Our property sold very quickly despite the atrocious weather and going on the market on Christmas Eve Donald was professional and contact was excellent- we would highly recommend James Agent

11th Sep 2023 (11 mo. ago)I took my youngest son there on Saturday for his first Indian meal. The food was ok, but nothing special. It was very expensive for what we got. We paid £60.45 (plus tip). Our oder consisted of 2 poppadoms, 1 coke and 1 orange juice. I had a lamb dish and he had a chicken dish. We each had a portion of pilau rice and we had a garlic naan between us.
