14th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.
8th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)Really poor. No customer service at all. We arranged to view a rental property. 2 days later the property shows ‘let agreed’. Yes the market is really busy at the moment but it doesn’t mean you should treat people like this. No one rang us back or explained why this was. Total waste of our time.
7th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)Massive thanks to the Cullen Kilshaw team in Peebles who made buying our first house stress free process, we were so unsure of the process of buying a house, leona and Catherine took so much time to answer any queries no matter how small they were Throughout the whole process Catherine kept us up to date and when problems arose from the other side she went above and beyond to make sure our sale went through smoothly and on time. Highly recommend Cullen Kilshaw Peebles for an easy and friendly service, everyone in the office was so lovely and happy to help

If your buying a property and DM Hall have done the home report please please check everything as they just tick everything off as ok without checking and from what I hear they take payments from sellers to make reports more attractive. Just check everything as they are not to be trusted.
18th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)From the first dealings in the Hamilton office of Momo Homes to the conclusion of the sale of our property, all the staff were polite, friendly, courteous and professional in their dealings with us. They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

Our property sold very quickly despite the atrocious weather and going on the market on Christmas Eve Donald was professional and contact was excellent- we would highly recommend James Agent

They never failed to keep in touch and update us along the way. This is a team that goes the extra mile for their clients. We would highly recommend these agents to anyone who wants results. 5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

Kim was my main contact and she could not have done more for me to ensure that I got my property on the market and into a position to proceed quickly; so I could put an offer on another property. Kim’s communication was excellent and she kept me informed throughout, always answering queries quickly and helping me with anything I was unsure of. I would highly recommend Kate Robson Estate Agent to anyone needing their services.
