Very disappointed from this agency All agency’s in uk are not wanted to give homes to the Indians and I don’t know what is the reason behind it we Indians especially Kerala people are more care for the houses and trying to keep our premises neat and tidy always if 1 person has done anything wrong don’t put it in action to others .this is very disgusting .and more over if child is there no one should approach this agency because ur going to loose ur time . Seriously they will not give homes and they will make some excuses very bad service .and wanted to tell more but this page is not enough for that

The team are very professional and highly knowledgable. They are very quick to action should anything be required. Northwood have helped us to have a stress free landlord experience! Thank you!
21st Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)I recently sold a property through SWF and, although the process took longer than anticipated due to the buyer delaying, the team remained positive and encouraging throughout. From the outset, David was very courteous and helpful when he valued the property, and then Michelle and Jane inspired confidence and were a pleasure to deal with as they navigated the sale.

10th Nov 2024 (23 days ago)Not a pleasant experience I had today. So my partner (26) and myself (21) had requested a viewing on a house for today (09/11/24) which we requested beginning of October to give plenty of notice. We never got a confirmation email to say either “yes” or “no” and as we have never rented a place together before we don’t really know what we are doing. So as we hadn’t heard anything, we turned up for the viewing time we had requested (I can admit this was partially my fault but it doesn’t take a month to conform or deny a viewing). We had trouble finding the house so decided to ring up. As it was a Saturday evening clearly the person who answered had a fool mood on them after working on a Saturday but the way they spoke to me was unreasonable. As an autistic 21 year old I find things difficult I admit but the approach from the agent who answered was patronising and made me feel like a laughing stock. This estate agency needs to teach their staff to have a more friendly approach. Definitely will not be moving through this agents and will never be recommending them to anyone else.
8th Nov 2024 (25 days ago)Sophie, Anthony and YourMove were INSTRUMENTAL in our house move process. We used YourMove for selling our property which sold within days of being listed! Their services didn’t end there though, YourMove did everything and anything in their power to chase our buyers solicitors when all other parties in the chain were unable to do so and the buyers solicitor went radio silent. Nothing was too much to ask of the team at YourMove and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to family and friends! They were worth every single penny ????

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 3rd Aug 2021 (3 years ago)It's never easy selling the home of a deceased parent, but it helps if you are supported by a good agent. Barbers were alongside us throughout the process, offering helpful advice and support and bringing us to a successful conclusion. A sale was agreed in excess of the asking price within a matter of days, but, due to Covid-19 and other difficulties, took 4 months to complete. Through all this time we never felt cut off or out of the loop, as we were kept well-informed of progress (or lack of it!). A thoroughly professional job from start to finish - we would readily recommend Barbers.
