Adam Lake at David Lee has impressed us from the day he came out to value our home and has not disappointed us to date. I feel confident we will be supported throughout the sale and also our purchase, even though that’s not through David Lee as it’s out of area. The communication is great and Adam gives the right level of advice and supports you to have your own opinion too. I would highly recommend Adam, and so glad after having four agents to value I chose the right one. Avoid like the plague. Asked for a viewing then 2 days later was told they had an offer accepted so cancelled the viewing. Im fine with this but I was told they had sent me emails and tried calling as if to pin on me that I was slow to respond. A blatant lie. The property hadn’t sold in 6 months either. Untrustworthy agency and that’s me being polite.... Read more
