16th Sep 2024 (21 days ago)Very disappointing customer experience. You get nothing more then a smile. No actions or email answers when requested. When calling, a responsible colleague is always off. Tenancy end procedure does not comply with the tenancy agreement. Moreover, hawks claimed deductions from a deposit, which had been not confirmed by a landlord. Should have checked the google rating of these guys. Keep far away giving preference to trusted agencies.

31st Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

1st Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!

They went beyond the mark to carry out the necessary duties for the sale. They put up with my questions and constant enquries to what the current situation was in selling process. They found me a buyer and i was able purchase a new house. Both Gurvinder and Raghvir did not let me down in any way. It was a pleasure to have them sell my house.
8th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Vito made a promise of getting it sold in 6 months and thats what he did. True gent and true to his word! Just completed on a flat that took just under 4years. 3 1/2 with other time wasting agents and 6months straight up with Daniel Madden. After having so many bad experiences with other estate agents Vito and Alice came onto the scene and saved us. We had 2 buyers pull out on us due to the other estate agents incompetence. After moving agents and getting the worst of a service we paid up front Vito swung in and saved us. They are so professional. Got the property on the market fast and easy. Then literally the next couple of weeks had loads of people looking around with 5 different offers. More than the rest had ever put in. Alice then came on the scene and both of them together is like a dream team. They are both amazing and just seriously have that human touch. Understanding of where we are at and where we are going. Listening to our needs and full going through with the sale. I've had it where sales take so long that the agent gets bored and just wants it to go away. With Vito and Alice, the enthusiasm was there to get the deal done and to make sure that both parties were happy. There was a few times when they had to smooth things over. They did it so professionally, with empathy and beautifully. I really can't thank them enough. They are amazing! True professionals and I highly recommend them 100%.

Whenever we had questions (and we had loads) she offered clear and prompt answers. I would recommend their services without any reservations. You are in safe hands with Shaw & Co.
