From the first conversation, Christopher was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient in explaining all our options. He kept me informed at every step, found a great rate, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. Thanks to his attention to detail the loan was approved. I am so grateful for his help and would highly recommend Christopher to anyone looking for a reliable and caring mortgage advisor.

They were absolutely amazing in every way and we can't recommend them highly enough. So professional in their dealings in how they communicated daily with us and when having issues with solicitors, were so reassuring and encouraging. Brilliant company and would definitely use them again for either buying or selling. If you are looking for an Estate Agency, Shaws Estate Agents are simply the best! They are a pleasure to work with. Especially Daniel one of the estate agents he is always clear on the job on hand and is always prompt with all the information required. Highly recommend.
10th Mar 2025 (9 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

13th Nov 2025 (4 weeks ago)Avoid this company, they are con artists. We rented through them in Wokingham for 18 months or so. Everything started ok but when things started breaking in the house like the washing machine Martin and co completely avoided getting it fixed or replaced (took 4 months to get a working washing machine) they use companys to fix things that they are obviously recieving cash from as a back hander and the companys aren't fit for purpose. Some of the workman will just call and say I'm in your home do you know where the fuse board is without being told they're going round and when you ask Martin and co they say the workman Weren't supposed to be round your house (so why did they give them a key). Very poorly run company. No respect for tenants. Couldn't be bothered to get anything sorted. But if rent was late by a day they'd be on the phone chasing you. Avoid this company.
27th Nov 2025 (17 days ago)Do not recommend this estate agents at all. I have rented a property for 3 years with nothing but problems from the start! The estate agents constantly read my messages and never reply, the worst communication I have ever known. I had to start going directly to the landlord. When I recently asked for some repairs to be done I have now been faced with eviction. Very rude and unprofessional estate agents. When I am on the phone to them, they ignore me and speak to each other in a different language. They don’t care about the tenants at all they just want the money every month. I don’t know why landlords still bother to use them. I have too much proof on this shambles of an estate agents.
27th Nov 2025 (17 days ago)I’ve never seen so unprofessional bunch of people like these. I had an appointment last night 5:30. I went there 4:45 and I phoned them to let them know.I waited there for an hour. No one turned up they didn’t even let know if they are not turning up. I have just spoke to a guy from their office explained him the situation he didn’t even say sorry or apologise he chose to say no worries instead. I will never recommend these people never.
