Their estate agent, Jack was attentive and helpful and is a credit to the company. Look around and you will see lots of people using SWF to sell their homes; this is because they treat their customers well. Would happily recommend using SWF when you come to seek your home

Living at a distance we were reliant on them to handle everything, which they did willingly, going the extra mile to provide outstanding service and a great result. We received regular clear communication and recommendations. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We would recommend them highly.

Their staff are in the same mould. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to deal with our queries. We found their charge rates to be very competitive.

Communication was fantastic, Service was fantastic, value for money was superb. Would definitely recommend Phillip at Property Wise in Albrighton to sell or buy your property.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Adam did a superb job valuing the house & also did a professional job of the photographer. Nicole was on the ball & kept us updated regular. Very friendly staff . They went that extra mile.
