12th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

Living at a distance we were reliant on them to handle everything, which they did willingly, going the extra mile to provide outstanding service and a great result. We received regular clear communication and recommendations. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We would recommend them highly.

16th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Rees Page, and that’s mainly down to Adam. From start to finish he was brilliant. There were a few small delays along the way, but Adam was always chasing things up for me and making sure I had answers rather than being left in the dark. His communication was spot on, always quick to reply, easy to talk to, and he kept me updated throughout the whole process. It made what can be a really stressful time feel so much easier. I’m genuinely grateful for all his help and would highly recommend Adam and the team at Rees Page.

20th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I have been struggling to find a place to live for a while , i went to view a property with kelly who was very proffesional but also very understanding of my situation and has done everything she could to help me get this property, honestly i could not ask for a better person to help, absolutley luvly lady, listened and helped were others just said no If she has a husband or partner hes a lucky man I really am such a happy customer service is 2nd to none Kelly your the best More people like you is needed Thankyou Edward

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

16th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I would never sell a house with anyone but Lee and his amazing team We went on the market and sold within 3 days above asking price His reputation and contacts and personal touch are what sets him aside His team communicate so well and they deserve a huge ammount of credit for the open, honest and professional way they have dealt with our sale Really appreciate the efforts of everyone involved and lovely to see the business starting to grow and evolve as quickly as it is Thats down to the energy and enthusiasm of Lee and his knowledgable and extremely hard working team who made what can be a stressful process , smooth and enjoyable / exciting and fun Tom & Tia I recommend so many peoples Lee's way as i know he looks after people
