3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
28th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.

5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)I recently bought the house through them, the process was extremely slow, very poor communication, the person who supposed to handover the keys came late and property was in a very bad state as compared to when we viewed. The property company has a very limited knowledge of the missing/damaged items, even the most of the keys were missing. We were told to speak to our solicitor. Very bad experience.
