12th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.

He guided us through the process and there was no pressure or pushy sales pitches. Gary is so knowledgeable about the market, and a genuine gentleman. Regular contact is key- especially if solicitors don’t always seem to consider their clients as the “most important”. He does! It can be a long emotional and draining sales process especially with multiple chains so this was very welcome. He is responsive, he cares & above all had our best interests at all times. An experienced estate agent, ahead of the game & we wish him well building his own business. We are sure he’ll be a great success through referrals & his “can do/ will do” positive attitude.
