Zoe Woodward was an excellent Sales Progressor who kept me consistently updated throughout the process and was always available to explain each stage clearly. Her communication was outstanding, and she was incredibly proactive in liaising with me, the seller, and the conveyancing solicitors to keep everything moving forward smoothly. Zoe’s professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process much easier to navigate. 22nd Jun 2026 (6 days ago)When my father died a little over a year ago, I contacted Weatherill's and two other agents for probate valuations. This was stage one of two for me as the house would subsequently be listed. So, in many ways, it allowed me to gauge the calibre of the team as well as that of the company. I met Kevin and immediately liked his professional and courteous manner. It was then a simple process of engaging with him and the excellent team when taking the house to market. I was impressed from start to finish. The whole house selling/buying process is more protracted today than it was but we were grateful for the support at every step.
9th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I have been letting through PS and B for 23 years. Recently they have not paid me my rental income, they are ignoring my emails and calls. I dont know what is going on but I need my income to pay my mortgage payments. I would love one of the directors to make contact.

I’ve been speaking weekly to Susie and her team for nearly 18 months, pushing on a relatives property sale, through probate to completion. Everyone in the office is always jolly, informative and reassuring despite how frazzled in the process you feel. Susie was even able to push forward another relatives property sale when it got stuck. We are extremely grateful to have had such consistently excellent care and guidance from start to finish. These agents are knowledgable, professional and very friendly and would 1000% recommend to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property through them. Our chain was quite complex, but Keira handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and constant communication. She really understood how important it was for us to move before our baby arrives and has worked incredibly hard to help make that happen. A big thank you as well to Dan, who managed to secure a buyer for our flat despite a very saturated market. We're so grateful for their support and dedication during what was quite a stressful time. They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!

The process and work with both of them had been very pleasant from the first meeting until the handing over of keys. The communication was clear and open so that we managed to get the apartment in the shortest possible time.

He kept up communications between the seller and the solicitors and ensured me and the seller got everything we needed to do done in a timely way. I'm grateful for a largely stress-free transaction (which I frankly haven't been able to say for the other agencies I have used recently). Damien and his team also managed the viewings process and price negotiation effectively.
