Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. 6th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)PS&B have been witholding all funds for over 3 months and should be avoided at all costs, we moved out 2 months ago with no deductions to the deposit and have not gotten the money back, with numerous staff we are emailing leaving the business over the past few weeks - still no resolution.<br><br>Please Google them to see the relevant articles, avoid!!

And they actually had a plan for how to market our property, which sadly, is unusual. It worked and we got two Buyers in a few weeks and proceeded successfully with one of them. The supervision thereafter was good and either Jessie or Mark (or Nick from the Brighton branch) was always around to message or speak to. Good sensible advice. Calm. Professional.

James checking in regularly to see how things were carrying on and had impeccable communication skills. He came with a wealth of knowledge about the local community that we were moving into and gave some great insights into schools and local clubs for our children. We are very happy with our new purchase and cannot wait to make long lasting memories together as a family.

I had a wonderful agent handling our sale in Brighton, whom I trusted one hundred percent, and I was anxious that the agent handling the Newhaven house might perhaps prove to be untrustworthy. But I had no need to worry. From the outset Blaiz, Shirley and Garry proved themselves to be honest and proactive without any sense of 'hard sell'. In addition, they were always pleasant and helpful in their dealings with me. As matters developed, Garry was remarkable in progressing my purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending the Peacehavn office one hundred percent. Thanks for everything.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)We met Alexandra when she showed us round another home we were looking at and were immediately struck by her manner - friendly, honest and very knowledgeable - she knows her market really well. We decided to then use Alexandra to market our house, which was a decision we are so happy we made. The marketing she provides is far superior to other agents which definitely showed in the interest she achieved for our house. She got an amazing amount of viewings booked in and found a great buyer. We were incredibly lucky that she also arranged our purchase as well. House buying can be incredibly stressful, especially when you have to chase people down for answers and responses, Alexandra managed all this beautifully and made the process much easier than it should have been. I have already recommended her to family members and friends and will continue to do so. We can’t thank her enough.
