It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.

I havnt come across an agent as determined as Joe before and iv been in the industry 10+ years. If he says hes going to do something, he does it. Our chain was quite complex, but Keira handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and constant communication. She really understood how important it was for us to move before our baby arrives and has worked incredibly hard to help make that happen. A big thank you as well to Dan, who managed to secure a buyer for our flat despite a very saturated market. We're so grateful for their support and dedication during what was quite a stressful time. They were always incredibly accommodating and so kind and friendly. A special mention to Jemma-Louise who showed me such kindness and helpfulness during a particularly stressful period. I had been looking for over 3 years for the right property in Lewes and having met and had dealings with most of the other local Estate Agents I can say that my relationship with Lewes Estates was one of the best. Thomas knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Francis gave us updates weekly, daily towards exchange and completion. Also a big Thank You to Adele too. We are in our forever home and it's all Thanks to Thomas and his team.

To be completely honest, at the beginning of my experience, I was a little disappointed by some interactions with other members of staff, who were not always as friendly or helpful as I had hoped. However, everything changed when I had the good fortune of dealing with Rebecca. Rebecca has always been there to help me, no matter the situation. She consistently went above and beyond to provide support, guidance, and reassurance whenever I needed it. Even when I may have been a little persistent or asked the same questions more than once, she was always patient, understanding, and incredibly kind. One thing that always stood out to me was the warmth in her voice whenever she answered the phone. No matter how stressed or worried I felt, speaking with Rebecca immediately gave me confidence that everything would be okay. That level of care and genuine compassion is rare and deserves recognition. I truly do not have enough words to thank Rebecca for everything she has done for me. Her dedication, professionalism, and kindness have made a huge difference, and I am extremely grateful for all the support she has given me over the years. Communication was exceptional. Even when it was clear that Connor was on annual leave, he was still available to ensure everything went smoothly! This was a difficult time for us as a family and everyone at Oakfield were very understanding and sensitive to our circumstances. We would not hesitate to recommend Oakfield to anyone selling their house.

He was welcoming, warm in personality and couldn’t be more helpful on our search! I feel he went above & beyond to meet our criteria, so couldn’t recommend him enough! Another fantastic & super helpful member of staff at this branch would be Gareth Pontin! We had a free consultation with Gareth, who explained every single detail in the buying process which was so helpful being new to this. He is so responsive on emails, providing advice and support at the drop of a hat for houses with any estate agent. I would highly recommend him as a broker, we feel he has our best interests at heart! A really positive experience with this branch!
