I have particularly appreciated their excellent communication, consistent follow-up, and willingness to provide support whenever needed.<br><br>Their professional approach, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping things moving have made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill

21st Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Horrible experience with this company, and Beau one of their salespeople. Lied through their teeth about the apartment I was buying. Promised a fixed service charge, quick purchase, 10 year warranty and much more - none of this was true.<br><br>Mishons also conveniently omitted the fact that the building I viewed was bought out of bankruptcy, meaning next to none of the documentation required for the safe purchase of a flat was present.<br><br>After my solicitor received the shambolic attempt at answering her enquiries about the property, I called their manager, explaining all the lies I was told. All I got back was ‘perhaps Beau was given the wrong info.’ Completely remorseless. Needless to say, the sale did not go through.<br><br>I wasted thousands of pounds and months of my life dealing with Mishons. Avoid this company like the plague.<br><br>If you are thinking about purchasing a flat in Palmer House - don’t.

I can not praise them highly enough for their proactivity, advice, enduring patience as my siblings have little or no experience of selling property, their professionalism and friendliness. Max, Sophie and Fred were all so lovely and approachable. In particular we struck up a very amusing banter with Fred Thorne over our shared love of animals, especially about our chubby cat. Fred was particularly proactive in selling our house and I just want to thank him especially for helping to make the heartbreaking decision to have to sell our family home so much more easy and bearable. Well done to all at the Lewes Branch but special thanks go to Fred for supporting us and providing the humour in such a stressful situation.

I had been looking for over 3 years for the right property in Lewes and having met and had dealings with most of the other local Estate Agents I can say that my relationship with Lewes Estates was one of the best. They were always friendly, pro-active and professional in dealing with my enquiries and kept me fully updated throughout the process.

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Having previously dealt with large corporate agents who lost sight of the seller's interests, Thomas was a breath of fresh air. He strikes the perfect balance: accommodating purchasers professionally while keeping his primary focus, integrity, and loyalty entirely on the seller. To Thomas, a sale isn't just a number—it’s personal. His deep industry experience, hands-on support through thick and thin, and willingness to go well above and beyond got my sale over the line in a challenging market.
3rd Nov 2026 (1 day ago)We were very pleased with the service we received. They found us buyers quickly and negotiated a really good price for our home, which was a great start. Communication became more limited once the solicitors became involved, but they did a lot of chasing behind the scenes and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly when it came to getting us to exchange. Their persistence and efforts at that stage were very much appreciated. Overall, we were happy with the service and would recommend them.

We had a poor experience with a previous agent so this made our experience with Fox and Sons extremely welcome. We managed to get our flat under offer in less than 3 weeks at almost the asking price thanks to the advice and professionalism offered by Fox & Sons.
