9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I sold my flat on Redcliffe Gardens, SW10 with tlc and couldn't have asked for a better agent than Zoe Carter. The sale ran into a long, complicated deed of variation with the freeholder, and Zoe kept everyone moving. She chased the solicitors on both sides and kept me informed throughout. Since I live in Italy, I needed someone I could rely on locally, and she sorted out every practical detail. She's professional, responsive and really persistent. I'd recommend Zoe and tlc to anyone selling in Chelsea.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Lovely agent, I bought my house through Lara and Matthew. They were both very professional and realistic. They communicated swiftly with other agents and the sellers, which allowed for a speedy completion. I would highly recommend.

31st Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I had a damaging experience selling my previous property, When it came to buying I was apprehensive about the experience. Hamilton Graham were a breath of fresh air. Neil and Angus were incredibly professional, had great communication and I would definitely recommended and use them personally again in the future.

Jenna clearly explained the process that needed to be followed, gave us useful guidance, and liaised helpfully and constructively with the landlord, where needed. We were kept informed of the status, and everything moved along promptly and efficiently under Jenna's direction. She was also charming to deal with.

Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill

Their communication, professionalism and accommodation allowed us to complete the works ahead of schedule and to a great standard.
21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Horrible experience with this company, and Beau one of their salespeople. Lied through their teeth about the apartment I was buying. Promised a fixed service charge, quick purchase, 10 year warranty and much more - none of this was true.<br><br>Mishons also conveniently omitted the fact that the building I viewed was bought out of bankruptcy, meaning next to none of the documentation required for the safe purchase of a flat was present.<br><br>After my solicitor received the shambolic attempt at answering her enquiries about the property, I called their manager, explaining all the lies I was told. All I got back was ‘perhaps Beau was given the wrong info.’ Completely remorseless. Needless to say, the sale did not go through.<br><br>I wasted thousands of pounds and months of my life dealing with Mishons. Avoid this company like the plague.<br><br>If you are thinking about purchasing a flat in Palmer House - don’t.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)One of the best decisions I have ever made going with Eltons, Simon, Kelly and the team are excellent. My journey with selling and my onwards purchase has been turbulent but at no fault of Eltons who always did a brilliant job. If you want an estate agent who truly cares about you as a person, and not just a property then Eltons are the best option. The modern house market is plagued with issues but I always felt I could rely on Eltons to support in the best way forward
