She was very responsive and professional, and made sure all my questions were answered and that I was kept up to date with my purchase in Earls Court Square. From the viewing all the way until completion I felt very supported! Thank you Zoe and tlc!
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

We had previously worked with a property agent but working directly with her we found a property at a fair price and moved quickly to secure the property. Was very quick and easy and having dealt with many estate agents over the years she is one of the best

Neil and Angus were incredibly professional, had great communication and I would definitely recommended and use them personally again in the future.

Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of selling my house through Marcus Grimes.<br><br>I wanted to take the time to point out how conscientous and supportive they were throughout the whole procedure.<br><br>Abigail conducted my sale and did so with the utmost professionalism, leaving me reassured throughout the process.<br>She ensured communication between all parties was as constant as possible, and chased people where necessary on my behalf.<br><br>Special mention to the friendly chap on the phones who also sorted some elements out for me swiftly in her absence.<br><br>The team has a real local and friendly feel that you don't often experience with estate agents these days.<br><br>Highly recommend.

Upon meeting Bruno for the first time, we felt at ease he explained the whole process to us and was warm and friendly. Madi was on hand for any questions and great with advice for first time sellers like us! Very thorough and professional as well as being so lovely too. They explain the process at every step so we always knew what was going on. Shout out to Charlie who was very welcoming and friendly too.<br>I would 100% recommend K&C in Steyning

They researched the property prior to marketing it and turned up with all the plans we had submitted when they first visited . If we ever sell our house again we would definitely go to PSP and would recommend others to do the same .
