Nat and his team recently sold our home and from the outset, the approach was fantastic. The way our property was marketed was excellent which ensured we had a lot of viewings in a short space of time that helped minimise disruption to our lives, especially as we have 3 small children! The sale was swiftly concluded and managed well from offer to completion. If we ever move again, they'll be the first people we call, really first rate.

Booked a place to stay for the weekend, I called to confirm the booking 3 weeks ago. I spoke to a member of staff who confirmed the entire booking with me. On the day we had to go, we recieved a call from the place informing us to pay more. They made a mistake as they told us. They wanted to charge me and my friends more as they said they had made a mistake. Its completely unacceptable and unprofessional for them to tell us to on the day we were suppose to go that we had to pay more in order to recieve the keys. We informed them that we had sent the money across night before and they decide to tell us on the day that we had to pay more. We called them and I spoke to a member of staff named Jordan who spoke to his manager who informed us that we could either pay the rest of the amount or recieve a full refund which included deposit. After confirming with Jordan again and again to be 100% clear that we will recieve the full refund. Me and my friends decided we wanted a full refund as we believed the way they had spoken to us and the way the situation was dealt with was highly unacceptable. We booked another place instead. After coming back from our weekend away I recieved a message from the company informing us that they will no longer be giving us the full refund, we had to pay the cleaning fee. We hadn't even stayed at the place so why are they asking us to pay for the cleaning fee. They are liars, they lied to us over and over again. I called Jordan today and as I was trying to find out why we was not receiving our refund and we they had lied to us, Jordan hung the phone. The have made this small issue into something they should have dealt with in a professional manner. They are liars, not trustworthy.
