From start to finish, he was proactive, responsive and incredibly supportive — especially given how complex our chain was with a linked sale, company purchase and tight timelines. Tom kept things moving when others slowed down, communicated clearly at every stage and was always available to step in and unblock issues when needed. It genuinely felt like he was invested in getting the deal over the line, not just progressing it. What stood out most was his persistence and calm approach under pressure — nothing ever felt too much trouble, and he handled a pretty intense process with real professionalism. Would highly recommend Tom to anyone buying or selling — exactly the kind of agent you want in your corner when things get challenging.

Throughout the process of the sale I was updated regularly on the progress and I felt I could ask questions and get honest answers. I couldn’t of asked for better service. I would throughly recommend Dean & Co.

From the very start this company were very professional in their approach , offering advise not only on the selling price but also on how to present the property photographically. All members of their team were happy to answer any question we raised thereby ensuring the subsequent sale went through smoothly. We would thoroughly recommend Weatherills as they have proved themselves to be a thoroughly professional , efficient and friendly company to deal with. Thank you all Glynis and Derek Allen.

27th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Healy & Newsom, and in particular Lisa in Sales Progression, were instrumental in the successful sale of our property and the navigation of some particularly tricky and stressful negotiations. Lisa in particular provided a unique service I've never experienced before with an estate agent. Getting actively involved in the entire chain to spur on progress, while keeping me directly informed, explaining timelines/challenges and processes and even at times basically giving me therapy. She single handedly kept me sane during what became a particularly stressful sale due to personal circumstances and time pressures that the buyer utilised to their advantage, and without her help and H&N's guidance and protection I probably would have crumbled, so a MASSIVE thank you in particular to her. I also wanted to thank Simon who jumped in towards the end to help push negotiations, exchange and completion over the line. So to conclude; I can't and couldn't recommend an estate agent more than I do Healy & Newsom. Absolute legends.

Harry Mishons was was incredibly easy to contact, informative and pragmatic from booking the first viewing, all the way to completion. During the process, they were informative and supportive in ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible while we made sure it was the right purchase for us. Keira and Harry checked in during the process and kept us informed and were very helpful Mishons were also supportive on giving access to the property for further visits, including prior to completion. I am still amazed at how smoothe the buy process was, compared to what I was expecting and Mishons were a huge part of this. I would recommend them to anyone

The team was professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to my enquiries. They made the entire process smooth and easy to understand, keeping me informed at every stage. I really appreciated their honest communication and personal approach. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property services.

It has been significantly delayed with little to no clear communication about timelines or reasons for the hold-up. Reaching out for updates has been frustrating, as responses are either slow or unhelpful. For an organization that should be setting a standard for reliability and accountability, this experience has fallen far short. Delays like this can have real financial impacts, and there seems to be no urgency in resolving the issue. I would strongly urge improvements in transparency, response times, and overall customer service. At the very least, people deserve clear information about when they can expect their money back.

9th May 2026 (4 days ago)I’m very disappointed with my experience with this agency. I contacted them about a property almost immediately after it was listed and received no response for over a week. After the bank holiday weekend, I called to follow up because there was an open house viewing scheduled and we were genuinely very interested in the property. The first person I spoke to told me they would get back to me, but nobody ever did. I called again later that same day and unfortunately the second agent seemed completely uninterested and unable to answer even the most basic questions about the property or viewing process. I understand not every staff member will know every detail instantly, but I would at least expect some professionalism, communication, and willingness to help. It honestly felt like speaking to someone who simply did not care. I find it concerning that an agency representing properties cannot provide basic information to serious potential tenants/buyers. In the end, nobody followed up with me by phone or message despite promising to do so. Very poor communication and customer service overall. I very rarely leave reviews, whether positive or negative, so for me to take the time to write this says a lot about how disappointing this experience was.

I moved my property to Luff & Co after terrible service at a competitor where I fell for the normal con of them indicator a higher sales price to market at. This competitors feedback was none existent where as Luff & Co kept me informed of every viewing before and after. They also advised on house dressing when the market slowed significantly. All in all a thoroughly professional service.

It was a lengthy process, but his patience, efficiency, and professionalism made it feel manageable throughout. The wider team were just as impressive — always easy to reach and genuinely friendly. When it comes to renting or selling in the future, Symon will be our first call. We’d happily recommend them to anyone.

She's been amazing to deal with - super professional, excellent communication and organised with the contract and admin side of things. She has found amazing tenants. Very happy with Leaders service. Superb service by Molly at Leaders in 2022. Her communication was excellent, kept me up-to-date with all steps, provided expert advice and she found me great new tenants in only a few days! would highly recommend. Excellent service from George at Leaders (2017), found us lovely new tenants in less than a week and was very professional throughout.
