All the Staff were very professional and we were provided with excellent customer service throughout; Sam deserves special mention. Once we had received an offer we could accept, Donna went way beyond what we could have expected. Our purchase was a private transaction so our seller wasn't using an Estate Agent. Donna effectively covered that base as well and we believe, by keeping things moving with both firms of solicitors, she enabled us to buy the flat of our dreams! We are so thankful and would firmly recommend Maslen!

From viewing to completion, they’ve been proactive, supportive and, honestly, quite a lot of fun. Special mention goes to Kate and Kay who are both brilliant. They helped us to feel reassured and calm in the face of a five-house chain and all the tribulations that came with it. Thanks team!

Emily and her team were exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. It really does make all the difference to deal with consummate professionals! 2nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I let one of their employees cross the road in front of my car on Greyhound lane, SW16 yesterday. This guy decided to walk in the road, preventing me from driving and resulting in the lights turning red. This shows an arrogance and a lack of consideration for others. Don't sell your house with these (PROFANE LANGUAGE WAS CENSORED).

Cameron, who showed us around, was polite, professional, and well organised throughout. He answered all of our questions clearly and provided the information we needed without hesitation. I havnt come across an agent as determined as Joe before and iv been in the industry 10+ years. If he says hes going to do something, he does it. Our chain was quite complex, but Keira handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and constant communication. She really understood how important it was for us to move before our baby arrives and has worked incredibly hard to help make that happen. A big thank you as well to Dan, who managed to secure a buyer for our flat despite a very saturated market. We're so grateful for their support and dedication during what was quite a stressful time. As a tenant, I understand that a letting agency's primary responsibility is to protect the landlord's interests. However, what stood out to me was that Ben and the team always treated us with respect and genuinely cared about our experience as tenants. They saw us as people, not just occupants. While not every issue could be resolved immediately or exactly as we hoped, they consistently did their best to help, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions. Whenever problems arose, they were responsive, professional, and committed to supporting us throughout our tenancy. Ben is truly exceptional in the property industry. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make him stand out in a market where those qualities are not always easy to find. However Gareth’s calm confidence , warm and professional manner in every aspect of the house sale was amazing . Estate agents sometimes get a bad rap fir coming across as insincere I think that Gareth is the antidote to that . He really is one in a million and I would not hesitate to recommend him . Thank you Gareth from the bottom of my slightly wonky heart for everything .

From the initial meeting with Rennick who found two perfect buyers a few days after our initial meeting to the rest of the team including Nancy and Sam who were always super efficient, professional and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Shout out to Alex who was truly exceptional in smoothing things out during the gnarly conveyancing bits that all house sales experience and putting my mind at rest! Highly recommend this company.

They were professional, knowledgeable, supportive, responsive and reliable. Communication was excellent. Advice was on point. They were really proactive and moved things forward well, without ever creating any unnecessary stress for me. I would definitely use them again in the future and genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.

It felt like she truly cared about us and the seller and she was always on hand to talk to us when we needed. I've been dealing with Ellie who's been lovely, she has been very patient with me as Ive had to refer to the contract with her because I didn't understand a few things and she was able to clear them up for me so I understood it. Our property wasn't online very long before we had interest in it and has now had tenants move in.
